2. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE


Responsible for the looking after the commercial activities of divisions in accordance with
the commercial & statutory guidelines.

3. IDEAL PROFILE
Educational Essential: B.Com
Qualification Preferred: Post Graduate Diploma or M. Com.
Work Experience Total:10-15 Years (Relevant Post Qualification

4. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities (Indicate Key Deliverables for this position)
1. Process orders and preparation of various commercial documentation.

2. Ensure compliance with commercial & statutory guidelines viz. Terms of payment,
delivery schedule, Insurance etc.

3. Preparation of various MIS required from time to time.

4. Legal formality for finish goods return to factory

5. Coordination with BSL branches for delivery of finish goods

6. Coordination with insurance for damage of finish goods

7. Responsible for analysis of taxes, duties & excise.

8. Coordination with transporters

9. Preparation of invoicing, follow-up for payment, customer accounts reco, knowledge


of taxation, collection of C forms, TDS, VAT, Service tax, preparation of MIS & SAP
exposure.

10. Understanding of product pricing report.
