Step 1: Identify What’s Lacking
Have you ever asked yourself what’s missing in your life? There are
five major elements that we all have yet not everyone possesses high
levels of each. A person may have a higher standing when career is
being talked about yet still have financial issues. Or one may be
financially stable yet he is physically unhealthy. This is what makes
abundance, manifestation and contentment diversified from one
person to another.

There’s a huge difference when you wake up every morning and look
forward to the day ahead. Having excitement and passion towards
your job could even bring you to success. With the idea of loving your
job regardless of the money you make, it would absolutely let you stay
in that line of duty and gain even more than you could ever imagine.
Observe some of the successful entrepreneurs in the business
industry. These guys have gained popularity and are even embraced
by aspiring business men. They may have started from scratch but
since they love what they do, they’ve gone far more than they have
expected.
Go for career paths that mainly focus on your interests or a job that is
some-what related to the line of duty you modestly love. This could

Furthermore, our physical and mental aspects are also affected by our
emotions. The key to a happy, healthy and abundant life is the
foundation of your emotions. Controlling positive and negative
emotions could sometimes be difficult yet with the proper mindset and
physical health, emotional wellbeing could be achieved.
Comparing our emotions at present with ancient times, these have
made drastic changes. This is what makes us more sophisticated in
terms of our internal and overall behavior. These emotions are
triggered when basic needs are not met as well as when personal
issues or problems arise.
▪ Our emotions are categorized to two depending on our life
experiences that motivates subjective quality, physical and
mental responses, and kinds of behavior.
1. Positive Emotions
Our emotions are intensified by our life experiences from childhood to
present. These emotions are based on events, objects, social affairs
and so forth. Positive emotions are felt when these factors have
touched our sensitive sides at some point. Favorable emotions makes
people feel good and could be the source of productivity and creativity
in different elements. These are then shared or portrayed and
eventually reflect in a person’s life. These positive emotions must be
kept though negative ones arise. It is best to take negative emotions
and transform them to positive ones.

2. Negative Emotions
Similar to the causes of positive emotions, negative mental state is
taken from all the experiences you had in life. You may be emotionally
attached to unfavorable exposure which led you to certain points of
anger, hatred, embarrassment, sorrow and so forth. Many of these
negative emotions are reasons why you react adversely to certain
situations. Coping up with these negativities could take time but due to
bad experiences, you became a better person and made you even
stronger. It altered your life at some point yet became a better person.
V. Community Wellbeing
This element is related to your powerful social element as well as your
cultural, economical and environmental beliefs since there is a need
for you to communicate to everyone that surrounds you. Community
wellbeing is the measure of help to certain groups that gives
betterment not just to you but to everyone.
The connection with different types of people is gained here especially
in your neighborhood, religious group, culture, organizations and so
forth. Being with people that have the same beliefs in different aspects
as yours could gain abundance in life. If you are satisfied and feel
fulfilled, it strengthens your inner self and could even be the answer to
true happiness.

Surround yourself with people who influence you with their
achievement. These achievements do not only talk about financial
securities but also in different points such as education, health,
personal security, righteousness and perceptions in life. Social
connections vary from one person to another depending on how it is
taken and how effective it is to an individual.

Beliefs towards religion, reflected identities and behaviors, language,
art and so forth bring two distinctive individuals together. This is
because they are similar in some way and they have intelligent
conversations towards any of the factors mentioned. Overwhelming
emotions could be felt when two or more brains seem to connect.
3. Economic
Having economic wellbeing is what most people dream to have. This
is where connections with people generating employment as well as
wealth helps you make arrangements for yourself. The key word here
is success from careers or other income generating projects.
4. Environment
The love and promotion of natural resources helps you maintain
environmental activities. Being an environment enthusiast could
actually save our world from being disposed as waste. Embracing and
acting towards the gift of our mother earth is another way to gain
personal achievements as well as an abundant life.

The Law of Manifestation states that your mind is the inventor of your
actions in all aspects and elements in the world. This means to say
that our subconscious mind creates suggestions or thoughts by which
we should take in and put into action. The key point in this law of
attraction is creative visualization and standing on a decision. This
decision would provoke you to take action and manifest this to the
physical world.
II. The Law of Unwavering Desire.
The Law of Unwavering Desire is where our mental energy is dropped
into a bowl of realistic thoughts. This allows us to pursue our urges.
The energy created would attract your desires and you are the only
answer to grasp this attraction. This may be released in different forms
which is why most individuals could not get hold of it quickly. Keep
those hopes up. If you believe you could get it, then you would.

Everyone is part of this world and you must align yourself with the flow
of life. Gifts and gains are for you to have but this does not mean that
you would get them now. For you to receive them, you must be in
alignment to the earth’s energy to be close in harmony.
VI. The Law of Universal Influence
All living things in this world are connected and have corresponding
influence to each. Due to this, you must be very mindful to any of your
actions to everything and anyone. If possible, bring out your positive
personality.
VII. The Law of Conscientious Action
As what they say, “Actions speak louder than words”. This obviously
means that what you say and think will never be attained if you don’t
put any actions to it. Positive actions should still be considered to
avoid sending out the wrong signals to people around you.

Most people think that this is the most difficult of all affirmations. This

be your suppressed negative emotions, bad or traumatic memories,
disasters, illusions and so much more. This is one way to release
needles inside of you and create better personalities and even
energies.
II. Admitting Affirmations
These are thoughts that allow or open something to happen. Though
this could give you wellness, it neutralizes positive or negative
energies. This means that the release of these perceptions could
either result to good or bad. The concept of receiving, allowing and
accepting something are at times misunderstood. As mentioned
earlier, balance is still important here.
III. Contemplating Affirmations
These are favorable perceptions in life wherein you aim for the better.
The enhancement of this affirmation is based on your good intentions.
Intentions bring different results to your affirmations so make sure that
your intentions would cause wellness to everyone not just to yourself.
IV. Applying Affirmations
This is bringing your affirmations into manifestation. All your thoughts,
positive ones of course, would then be transformed into action. Ideas

that kept on bugging you would be discharged. Only the results would
help you identify if your perceptions are pleasant or not.
V. Associating Affirmations
This concedes your inner consciousness and helps you embrace it.
Associating affirmations is when you connect one specific intuition to
another and bringing one or all the affirmations mentioned together.
This would then broaden your points of view and could even help you
avoid negative factors and energies to take over.

Needless to say, positive energies and perceptions must be acquired
to keep the attraction of abundance running as well as positive
thinking. With meditation, it would help you create larger windows of
opportunities. Flushing all those impurities from your mind would help

your mind.
So what are you waiting for? Start creating those positive thoughts
