We are small family run business with a focus on our local market.
Based in Burringbar, NSW (just north of Byron).
We make real Mexican corn tortillas with nixtamalized organic maize flour and filtered water. No
preservatives, no flavour enhancers. Our tortillas are different to other tortillas available in
Australia, we are the only tortilla producer that delivers them freshly baked & we ONLY use Organic
flour! Our tortillas won't dry out and they don't break.

Wholesale price list

Tortillas are vacuum sealed and must be kept refrigerated. Shelf life is 15 days, they can be frozen
for up to 3 months and loose none of their quality.
