Subject: RECONSTITUTION OF THE CUSTOMS BONDED
WAREHOUSE COMMITTEE (CBWC)

To streamline and to expedite the processing of the applications for the

establishment and operation of Customs Bonded Warehouse Committee, renewal of
licenses to operate CBWs, application as member of a Common Bonded Warehouse
Committee, applications as subcontractor of a CBW and other related matters
pertaining to the operations of customs bonded warehouse, the Customs Bonded
Warehouse and its Secretariat is hereby reconstituted as follows:
