Agcuyawan Calsada, Barotac Nuevo, Iloilo, Philippines, do hereby name,
constitute and appoint CASILDA L. BEDUA, of legal age, Filipino and a resident
of Agcuyawan Calsada, Barotac Nuevo, Iloilo Philippines, to be my true and
lawful attorney in fact and in my name, place and stead, do and perform the
following acts and things, namely;

1. To transfer follow up, claim and sign all documents regarding with my
Land Title of my Parcel of land;
2. To sign any documents regarding the said processing of my Parcel of
Land to perform all other acts and things which may be carry out the
above authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney in fact CASILDA L.

BEDUA full power and authority to do and perform any and every act and things
whatsoever or necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present and
