We Kalvi Institute Private Limited is an authorized Basic Training Provider (BTP) and
Establishment under National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) and implementing the
project in Madurai District of Tamil Nadu.

As per the discussion and request from RDAT, Chennai to submit the record proof for presence
in four states of the Establishment – Kalvi Institute Private Limited.

In this regard, herewith we are submitting the proof document for the presence of the
Establishment – Kalvi Institute Private in four states which includes Tamil Nadu, Karnataka,
Puducherry and Kerela.
