Subject: Conduct of Special Examination for 3rd Year Students

(Batch: 2017-2021)

Respected Sir,
With due respect, we the third-year students of instrumentation and electronics
branch (3rd year) humbly request for the conduct of a special examination of all
the subjects (from semester 1 to semester 4). The students of our batch have a lot
of back papers due to which they won’t be eligible to sit in the placement drives.
The special examination will help the students to clear the back papers and be
eligible for placements. This will also increase the average CGPA of our batch
which has been very low in comparison to the batches before and after us.
We humbly request the examination to be conducted in such a manner that the
results would be out by April 2020 for the smooth conduct of the placement
drives.
Thus, we kindly request you to look into the matter and take necessary actions
for which we shall be highly benefitted by it.
