Role: Business Analyst
Description:
Worked with a leading Casino company to design Campaign Management system for the existing as well as new customers
• The entire project revolved around segregating the customers from one another based on their historical trips (visit to
a casino), also, the very recent trips very combined and a customer lifecycle was designed where he/she will go
through different phases as the time advances.
PROFILE SUMMARY:
• Various logics were designed to define the different phases of a customer lifecycle
• The entire product was coded using R and RMR (R Map Reduce)
• Hive queries were used to combine the various tables created to obtain the final file

• R scripts were prepared which eventually decreased the transformation from few days to few hours
