Sir, ‘As you are aware, the Hon‘ble Chief Minister, Government of Rajasthan has announced construction of Vikas Patch in every Gram Panchayat of the State in his Budget Speech 2019- 20. The Public Works Department is the implementing agency for this budget announcement. This office has issued guidelines for selection of site and execution of Vikas Path vide letter No ‘SE(R)/2019-20/D-240 Dated 03.10.2019 Accordingly, the process of selection of site for construction of Vikas Path must be in progress. As per directions given, alignment of all Vikas Path are to be finalized by 30.11.2019. ‘As per directions given, in first phase, the conétruction of one number Vikas Path in each Assembly Constituency of the State is being taken\up. Thus, Administrative and Financial ‘Sanction of such Vikas Path is likely to be issued shortly. Being a flagship scheme of the Government, the execution of construction of Vikas Path has to be taken with utmost quality and as such following directions are to be taken care of in construction of above Vikas Path. 1.
