Electronics and Communications Engineering of Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Manila,
humbly request your approval to visit the St. Luke’s Medical Center, and to learn supplemental
knowledge about Linear Accelerator.

We would like to ask some questions about the Linear Accelerator from the experts on your
department, so as to give us an opportunity to understand the methods and procedures, the risks and
