Service Terms
1. Customer shall comply PTA Rules and Regulations while using Wateen service.
2. Wateen reserves the right to terminate the service without any notice if found in violation of PTA
Rules, Regulations and guidelines.
3. Wateen will commit 99.5 % service level where redundant last mile and 99% for linear last mile.
4. All equipment provided by Wateen to customer shall be owned by Wateen unless stated
otherwise in the agreement.
Customer Responsibilities
1. The Customer shall appoint a Project Manager for executing the Project Plan agreed between the
Customer and Wateen.
2. Customer shall provide free access to Customer Site for Wateen personnel to enable them to
conduct site survey and installation.
3. Customer shall facilitate site surveys for installation and/or removal of Outdoor Subscriber
Module (OSM) at designated Customer site.
4. Customer shall be responsible for seeking permissions/licenses and shall be responsible for costs
and charges associated for premises required for installation and/or removal of OSMs, and for all
devices required by Wateen to install to enable the network to be operational for the Customer.
5. Customer shall provide safe cable entry, passage(s), and exit points for purposes of cabling from
OSM to Customer Edge (CE) router and/or associated equipment.
6. Customer shall be responsible for arranging, at its own costs/charges, all Customer Edge routers
and associated equipment and software, to enable Wateen to make the network operational.
All the sales will be subject to sales tax where applicable and customer will withheld the tax at the time of
payment if required by applicable law.
