This thesis examined the effect of exercise method (target variation vs drill shooting) and balance (high vs low) on the accuracy of shooting penalty kicks from 10 meters for futsal extracurricular participants. The study found that 1) the target variation exercise method improved accuracy more than drill shooting, 2) participants with high balance had greater accuracy than those with low balance, and 3) there was no interaction effect between exercise method and balance on accuracy. The study concluded that both training method and balance significantly impact penalty kick accuracy.

Second Penalty. This research was motivated by the condition of the futsal extracurricular participants of SMAN 01 Majalaya and MAN 01 Majalaya which showed a low value in the accuracy ability of second penalty shooting, especially the accuracy of shooting distance of 10. This research aims to: 1) analyze the difference in influence between target variation exercise method and drill shooting on the accuracy ability of shooting 10 meters distance, 2). analyze the difference influence between high and low balance on the accuracy ability of shooting 10 meters distance, 3) analyze the interaction between exercise method and balance with the accuracy ability of shooting 10 meters distance. This study a quantitative approach with factorial 2x2 design. The employed 24 participants from SMAN 01 Majalaya and 24 participants from MAN 01 Majalaya. The data were collected by using test techniques, and instruments used were target shooting variation test sheets and dynamic balance test sheets. The results show that: 1) There is a difference in the accuracy ability of shooting 10 meters distance between participants who got a variety of shooting target exercise method and the participants who got drill shooting method, 2) There is a difference in the accuracy ability of shooting 10 meters distance between participants who had high balance and participants who had low balance, 3) There is no effect of the interaction effect between the training method and the dynamic balance factor of the participants towards the accuracy ability of shooting 10 meters distance. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the training and balance methods have a significant effect on the accuracy ability of the shooting second penalty on the Futsal Extracurricular Participants. This research suggests: 1) The trainer prioritizes the accuracy of shooting in second penalty by using game targets such as the target shooting variation training method 2) extracurricular participants should continue to practice in order to have a high balance. 3) For further researchers who are interested in conducting similar research, it is better to use a larger population so that the results obtained can be generalized more broadly.
