Course Numbering

APU has incorporated “Course Numbering” as a way of indicating factors such as where a
subject is situated within the curriculum, as well as how the curriculum is systemized (*1).
“Course Numbers” (*2) can now be found in the syllabus of every course/subject to allow students
to identify with relative ease the subject/course’s position within the curriculum and which Area
of Study it falls into, etc. Please refer to the table below when creating your study plan.
*1) Applies to all AY2017 Curriculum Subjects
*2) Not to be confused with “Subject Code”.
