‫وﺗﺤﺴﺐ اﻷﺟﻮر اﻟﺸﻬﺮﻳﺔ ﻟﻠﺪﻓﻊ ﻣﻦ ذﻟﻚ اﻟﺘﺎرﻳﺦ‬.
1. Site of Employment : Dammam

2. Contract Duration: The contract shall be valid


for a period of two years commencing from the

3. In accordance with the regulations prevailing


in both countries, the DSW and the employer
agree on a monthly salary of SR : 900 4- ‫اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ ﻟﻔﺘﺮة‬/‫ﻳﺨﻀﻊ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‬
،‫( ﺗﺒﺪأ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ ﻣﺒﺎﺷﺮﺗﻪ ﻟﻠﻌﻤﻞ‬90) ‫ﺗﺠﺮﺑﺔ ﻣﺪﺗﻬﺎ‬
‫وﻳﺤﻖ ﻟﺼﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ إﻧﻬﺎء اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﺧﻼل ﻫﺬه اﻟﻔﺘﺮة‬
‫دون إﺷﻌﺎر أو ﺗﻌﻮﻳﺾ‬.
4- DSW shall be subject to a trial period of
5- ‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻣﺴﺎﻋﺪة اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ ﻓﻲ‬

‫وﻓﻘﺎ ﻟﻠﻮاﺋﺢ اﻟﺴﺎرﻳﺔ ﻟﻤﺆﺳﺴﺔ اﻟﻨﻘﺪ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻲ‬
shall be entitled to terminate the contract
‫ وﻳﺘﻢ إﻳﺪاع اﻷﺟﻮر ﺷﻬﺮﻳﺎ ﺑﺎﻧﺘﻈﺎم ﻓﻲ‬.‫اﻟﺴﻌﻮدي‬
during this period without notice or
‫ وﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ‬.‫ﻧﻬﺎﻳﺔ ﻛﻞ ﺷﻬﺮ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺤﺴﺎب اﻟﻤﺬﻛﻮر‬
compensation.
‫ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ‬/‫اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻣﺴﺎﻋﺪة اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‬
‫ أﺟﺮﻫﺎ ﻋﺒﺮ اﻟﻘﻨﻮات اﻟﻤﺼﺮﻓﻴﺔ‬/‫ﻓﻲ ﺗﺤﻮﻳﻞ أﺟﺮه‬
5- The employer shall help the DSW to

through proper banking channels.
/‫ ﻋﻤﻠﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻳﻮم ﻋﻄﻠﺘﻪ‬/‫ وﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل ﻋﻤﻠﻪ‬.‫أﺳﺒﻮع‬
‫‪6- DSW shall be provided with continuous‬‬ ‫ﻋﻄﻠﺘﻬﺎ ﺑﻤﻮاﻓﻘﺔ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﻴﻦ ﻳﻌﻄﻰ‪ /‬ﺗﻌﻄﻰ ﻳﻮم راﺣﺔ‬
‫)‪and undisturbed rest of at least nine (9‬‬ ‫‪.‬آﺧﺮ‬
‫‪hours per day.‬‬
‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ دﻓﻊ ﺗﻜﺎﻟﻴﻒ ﻧﻘﻞ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ ‪8-‬‬
‫‪7- DSW shall be entitled to one-day rest‬‬ ‫اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‪ /‬اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﻮﻗﻊ اﻷﺻﻠﻲ ﻓﻲ‬
‫‪per week. If she works on her holiday with‬‬ ‫اوﻏﻨﺪا إﻟﻰ ﻣﻮﻗﻊ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ وإﻋﺎدﺗﻪ‪ /‬إﻋﺎدﺗﻬﺎ ﻟﻨﻔﺲ‬
‫‪mutual consent, he/she shall be provided‬‬ ‫اﻟﻤﻮﻗﻊ اﻷﺻﻠﻲ ﻓﻲ اوﻏﻨﺪا ﻋﻨﺪ اﻧﺘﻬﺎء اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‪ .‬وﻋﻠﻰ‬

‫‪.‬ﻣﻮﻃﻨﻪ‪ /‬ﻣﻮﻃﻨﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻮﻗﺖ اﻟﻤﺤﺪد‬
‫‪-8 The employer shall pay for the‬‬
‫‪transportation of the DSW from the point‬‬ ‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺗﻮﻓﻴﺮ اﻟﺴﻜﻦ اﻟﻤﻨﺎﺳﺐ ‪9-‬‬
‫‪of origin in Uganda to the site of‬‬ ‫واﻟﺼﺤﻲ ﻟﻠﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‪ /‬ﻟﻠﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ واﻟﻄﻌﺎم‬
‫‪employment and back to such point of‬‬ ‫‪.‬اﻟﻜﺎﻓﻲ واﻟﻤﻼﺑﺲ ﻟﻼﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎل اﻟﻴﻮﻣﻲ‬
‫‪origin in Uganda upon expiry of the‬‬
‫‪contract. He shall ensure that DSW is‬‬ ‫ﻳُﺴﻤﺢ ﻟﻠﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‪ /‬اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺮاﺣﺔ ‪10-‬‬
‫‪repatriated in time.‬‬ ‫ﻷﺳﺒﺎب ﻃﺒﻴﺔ وﻳﺴﺘﻤﺮ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺤﺼﻮل ﻋﻠﻰ أﺟﺮه ‪/‬‬
‫أﺟﺮﻫﺎ اﻟﻤﻌﺘﺎد‪ ،‬وﻳﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻛﻞ اﻟﻨﻔﻘﺎت‬
‫‪-9 The employer shall provide DSW suitable‬‬ ‫‪.‬اﻟﻤﺘﺮﺗﺒﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻌﻼج اﻟﻄﺒﻲ‬
‫‪and sanitary living quarters as well as‬‬
‫‪adequate food, clothing and daily usable.‬‬ ‫إذا اﺗﻔﻖ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‪ /‬اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ ‪11-‬‬
‫وﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺳﻨﺘﻴﻦ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺠﺪﻳﺪ‬
‫‪10- For acceptable medical reasons, the‬‬ ‫اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﻳﺴﺘﺤﻖ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‪ /‬اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ‬
‫‪DSW shall be allowed to rest and shall‬‬ ‫اﻟﻌﻮدة إﻟﻰ اوﻏﻨﺪا ﻟﻘﻀﺎء إﺟﺎزﺗﻪ‪ /‬إﺟﺎزﺗﻬﺎ ﻣﺪﻓﻮﻋﺔ‬
‫‪continue to receive her/his regular wage.‬‬ ‫اﻷﺟﺮ وﻣﺪﺗﻬﺎ ‪ 30‬ﻳﻮﻣﺎ ﻋﻦ ﻛﻞ ﺳﻨﺘﻴﻦ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺔ ﻣﻊ‬
‫‪The employer shall bear all expenses‬‬ ‫ﺗﺬﻛﺮة ﺳﻔﺮ ﺑﺎﻟﻄﺎﺋﺮة إﻟﻰ اوﻏﻨﺪا ﺑﺎﻟﺪرﺟﺔ اﻟﺴﻴﺎﺣﻴﺔ‬
‫‪incurred in such medical treatment.‬‬ ‫ذﻫﺎﺑﺎ وﻋﻮدة ﻳﻮﻓﺮﻫﺎ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻟﻠﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‪/‬‬
‫‪.‬اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ ﻣﺠﺎﻧﺎ‬
‫‪11- After two years of service, if the DSW‬‬
‫‪and the employer agree to extend‬‬ ‫ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل اﻟﻮﻓﺎة ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ووﻛﺎﻟﺔ ‪12-‬‬
‫‪employment contract, the DSW is entitled‬‬ ‫اﻻﺳﺘﻘﺪام اﻟﺴﻌﻮدﻳﺔ إﺑﻼغ اﻟﺴﻠﻄﺎت اﻻوﻏﻨﺪﻳﺔ‬
‫‪to return to Uganda to spend his/her paid‬‬ ‫اﻟﻤﺨﺘﺼﺔ وﻗﺮﻳﺐ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‪ /‬اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ‪.‬‬
‫‪vacation leave of thirty (30) days for every‬‬ ‫وﻳﻜﻮن ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻻ ﻋﻦ ﻧﻘﻞ ﺟﺜﻤﺎن اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ‬
‫‪two years of service with a round trip‬‬ ‫اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‪ /‬اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ وﻣﺘﻌﻠﻘﺎﺗﻪ‪ /‬ﻣﺘﻌﻠﻘﺎﺗﻬﺎ‬
‫‪economy class ticket provided by the‬‬ ‫اﻟﺸﺨﺼﻴﺔ إﻟﻰ اوﻏﻨﺪا ﺑﺄﺳﺮع وﻗﺖ ﻣﻤﻜﻦ ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻧﻴﺎ‬
‫‪employer without charging the DSW.‬‬ ‫ﺑﺪون ﺗﺄﺧﻴﺮ ﻻ ﻣﺴﻮغ ﻟﻪ‪ .‬وإذا ﺗﻌﺬر إﻋﺎدة اﻟﺠﺜﻤﺎن‬
‫ﻳﻨﺒﻐﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﺤﺼﻮل ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻮاﻓﻘﺔ‬
‫‪12- In case of death, the employer and the‬‬ ‫أﺳﺮة اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‪ /‬اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ أو اﻟﺴﻔﺎرة‬

‫‪Uganda as soon as legally possible and‬‬

procedure in pursuing compensation (if ‫اﻟﻌﻤﺎﻟﺔ ﻓﻲ اوﻏﻨﺪا ﺗﻜﻮن ﻣﺴﺆوﻟﺔ ﻋﻦ اﺳﺘﺒﺪال‬

14- In case the DW runs away or refuses to ً

accrued cost of recruitment to his/her ‫اﻟﻔﻮري ﻳﺠﺐ أن ﻳُﻨﺺ ﻋﻠﻰ ذﻟﻚ ﻓﻲ اﻹﺷﻌﺎر وأن‬

15- The employer shall notify the Ugandan
embassy of the runaway of the DSW. ‫اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ إﻧﻬﺎء‬/‫( ﻳﺠﻮز ﻟﻠﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‬2)
60 ‫إﺷﻌﺎرا ﺧﻄﻴًﺎ ﻣﺪﺗﻪ‬
ً ‫اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﺑﺈﻋﻄﺎء ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬
16- Termination of Contract ‫ﻳﻮﻣﺎ ً وأن ﻳﺪﻓﻊ ﻟﺼﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻣﺒﻠﻐًﺎ ﻳﻌﺎدل أﺟﺮ‬
(i) The employer may terminate the ‫ ﻟﻜﻦ إذا أﻧﻬﻰ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ‬.‫ﺷﻬﺮﻳﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﻤﻐﺎدرة‬
contract by serving upon DSW a written ‫اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﻣﻊ اﻟﻨﻔﺎذ اﻟﻔﻮري‬/‫اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‬
notice. Such termination shall be effected ‫ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ دﻓﻊ ﻣﺒﻠﻎ ﻳﻌﺎدل أﺟﺮ ﺛﻼﺛﺔ أﺷﻬﺮ‬/‫ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ‬
only on the expiry of a period of 30 days ‫ وﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻋﻨﺪ دﻓﻊ اﻟﻤﺒﻠﻎ‬.‫ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﻤﻐﺎدرة‬
from the date of service of the notice on ‫ﻓﻮرا‬
ً ‫اﻟﻤﻨﺼﻮص ﻋﻠﻴﻪ أﻋﻼه ﺗﻘﺪﻳﻢ اﻷوراق اﻟﻼزﻣﺔ‬
DSW. The DSW shall be paid the wages for ‫ﻟﺘﻨﻔﻴﺬ ﺧﺮوج اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ‬
this period of 30 days. However, if the .‫اﻟﺴﻌﻮدﻳﺔ‬
termination is intended with immediate
effect the notice shall state the same and ‫( إذا ﻛﺎن إﻧﻬﺎء اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﺑﺴﺒﺐ إﺧﻼل ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬3)
shall be accompanied by wages of one ‫ ﻳﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ دﻓﻊ ﻗﻴﻤﺔ‬،‫ﺑﺎﻟﺘﺰاﻣﺎﺗﻪ اﻟﺘﻌﺎﻗﺪﻳﺔ‬
month. In such case, the employer shall ‫اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ‬/‫ﺗﺬﻛﺮة اﻟﺴﻔﺮ ﻹﻋﺎدة اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‬
also pay for the expenses incurred on .‫اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ إﻟﻰ أوﻏﻨﺪا‬
obtaining exit papers and air ticket to
Uganda to effect the departure. ‫اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ ﺗﻜﺎﻟﻴﻒ‬/‫( ﻳﺘﺤﻤﻞ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‬4)
(ii) The DSW may also terminate the ‫ﻋﻮدﺗﻪ إﻟﻰ ﺑﻠﺪه إذا أﻧﻬﻰ اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﻣﻦ ﺟﺎﻧﺒﻪ دون ﺳﺒﺐ‬
contract by giving a written notice of 60 ‫ﻣﺸﺮوع‬.
days to the employer and shall pay the
employer an amount equivalent to 2 (two) :‫أﺣﻜﺎم ﻋﺎﻣﺔ‬
months' wage before departure. However,
if the DSW terminates the contract with ‫ ﺗﻜﻮن وﻛﺎﻟﺔ اﻻﺳﺘﻘﺪام اﻟﺴﻌﻮدﻳﺔ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﺔ ﻋﻦ‬-‫أ‬
immediate effect, he/she shall pay an ‫إﺑﻼغ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﻤﻮﻋﺪ ﻣﻐﺎدرة ووﺻﻮل اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ‬
amount equivalent to 3 (three) months .‫اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ ﻟﻠﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ اﻟﺴﻌﻮدﻳﺔ‬
wage before departure. The employer on
payment of the amount mentioned ‫ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻓﻘﻂ ﻟﺪى ﺻﺎﺣﺐ‬-‫ب‬
hereinabove shall immediately provide ‫اﻟﻌﻤﻞ وأﻓﺮاد أﺳﺮﺗﻪ ﻣﺒﺎﺷﺮة ﻣﺎ ﻟﻢ ﻳﻜﻦ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ‬
necessary papers to effect exit of DSW .‫اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﺪم ﺑﻮاﺳﻄﺔ ﺷﺮﻛﺔ اﺳﺘﻘﺪام ﻛﺒﺮى‬
from Saudi Arabia.
(iii) If the termination of the contract is ‫ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻋﺪم ﺣﺴﻢ أي ﻣﺒﻠﻎ ﻣﻦ أﺟﺮ‬-‫ج‬
due to a breach of contractual obligations ‫ وﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل‬.‫ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﻌﺘﺎد‬/ ‫اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‬
by the employer, the employer shall pay / ‫اﻟﺤﺴﻢ ﻷﺳﺒﺎب ﻣﺸﺮوﻋﺔ ﺑﻤﻮاﻓﻘﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‬
the fare of the return of the domestic ‫اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ ﻳﺠﺐ إﺑﺮاز ﻫﺬه اﻻﺳﺘﻘﻄﺎﻋﺎت ﻓﻲ‬
worker to Uganda. .‫ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ‬/ ‫ﻛﺸﻒ أﺟﻮر اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‬
(iv) The DSW shall bear the costs of his
return to his country if the contract is ‫ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ دﻓﻊ ﺗﻜﻠﻔﺔ رﺧﺼﺔ إﻗﺎﻣﺔ‬-‫د‬
terminated for no legitimate reason. ‫ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ وﺗﺄﺷﻴﺮة اﻟﺨﺮوج‬/‫اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‬
‫ اﻟﺨﺮوج اﻟﻨﻬﺎﺋﻲ ﺑﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ذﻟﻚ اﻟﺘﺠﺪﻳﺪات‬/‫واﻟﻌﻮدة‬
17.General Provisions: .‫واﻟﺠﺰاءات اﻟﻨﺎﺗﺠﺔ ﻋﻦ اﻟﺘﺄﺧﻴﺮ‬
a) The Saudi Recruitment Agency shall be
responsible for informing the departure ‫ ﻳﺠﺐ أن ﻳﺒﻘﻰ ﺟﻮاز ﺳﻔﺮ وإﻗﺎﻣﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ‬-‫ﻫـ‬
and arrival plan of the DSW in the Kingdom ‫ ﻳﺠﺐ‬-‫ و‬.‫ ﺑﺤﻮزﺗﻬﺎ‬/‫ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ ﺑﺤﻮزﺗﻪ‬/‫اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‬
of Saudi Arabia to the employer. ‫ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ ﺑﺎﻣﺘﻼك‬/‫اﻟﺴﻤﺎح ﻟﻠﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‬
b) The DSW shall work solely for the ‫ أﺳﺮﺗﻬﺎ واﻻﺗﺼﺎل‬/‫ واﻻﺗﺼﺎل ﺑﺤﺮﻳﺔ ﺑﺄﺳﺮﺗﻪ‬،‫ﻫﺎﺗﻒ‬
employer and his immediate household, ‫ ﻧﻔﻘﺘﻬﺎ‬/‫ اﻟﻘﻨﺼﻠﻴﺔ اﻻوﻏﻨﺪﻳﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧﻔﻘﺘﻪ‬/‫ﺑﺎﻟﺴﻔﺎرة‬
unless the DSW is recruited by a Mega .‫اﻟﺸﺨﺼﻴﺔ‬
Recruitment Company.
c) The employer shall not deduct any ‫ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ أن ﻳﺸﺮح ﻷﻓﺮاد أﺳﺮﺗﻪ‬-‫ز‬
amount from the regular wage of the DW. ‫ﻧﺼﻮص ﻫﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ وﺿﻤﺎن اﺣﺘﺮاﻣﻬﻢ ﻟﻪ وﺿﻤﺎن‬
In case of deduction for lawful reasons and ‫ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ ﻣﻊ‬/‫ﺣﺴﻦ ﻣﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‬
with approval of the DW, such deductions .‫ ﺣﻘﻮﻗﻬﺎ‬/‫ﻣﺮاﻋﺎة ﻛﻞ ﺣﻘﻮﻗﻪ‬
must be reflected in the DW's pay slip.
d) The employer shall pay the cost of the /‫ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺿﻤﺎن رﻋﺎﻳﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‬-‫ح‬
DSW's residence permit (Iqama), exit/re- ‫ ﺣﻘﻮﻗﻬﺎ‬/‫اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ وﺗﻌﺰﻳﺰ وﺣﻤﺎﻳﺔ ﺣﻘﻮﻗﻪ‬
entry visa, and final exit visa, including the ‫وﻓﻘﺎ ﻟﻠﻘﻮاﻧﻴﻦ واﻟﻘﻮاﻋﺪ واﻟﻠﻮاﺋﺢ اﻟﺴﺎرﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ‬
renewals and penalties resulting from ‫اﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ اﻟﺴﻌﻮدﻳﺔ‬.

e) The passport and work permit (Iqama) of 18- ‫ﻳﺠﻮز ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ أو ﺗﻌﺪﻳﻞ أو اﺳﺘﺒﺪال أي ﻧﺺ ﻓﻲ‬
the DSW shall remain in her/his ‫ﻋﻘﺪ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﻨﻤﻮذﺟﻲ ﻫﺬا ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل اﻟﻠﺠﻨﺔ‬

f) The DSW shall be allowed to own phone
and freely communicate with his/her family 19- ‫ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ‬/‫ﻳﺠﺐ إﻋﺎدة اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‬
and the Uganda Embassy/Consulate on ‫ وﻃﻨﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧﻔﻘﺔ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻓﻲ‬/‫إﻟﻰ وﻃﻨﻪ‬
his/her personal expenses or account. ‫ﺣﺎﻻت اﻟﺤﺮب أو اﻻﺿﻄﺮاب اﻟﻤﺪﻧﻲ أو اﻟﻜﻮارث‬
g) The employer shall explain to the /‫اﻟﻄﺒﻴﻌﻴﺔ اﻟﻜﺒﺮى أو ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل ﻣﻌﺎﻧﺎة اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‬
members of her/his household the ‫اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺮض ﺧﻄﻴﺮ ﺗﻌﺮض ﻟﻪ أﺛﻨﺎء‬
provisions of this contract and ensure that / ‫ﻓﺘﺮة اﻟﺘﻌﺎﻗﺪ أو إﺻﺎﺑﺔ ﻋﻤﻞ ﻳﺜﺒﺖ ﻃﺒﻴﺎ أﻧﻬﺎ ﺗﺠﻌﻠﻪ‬
these are observed and that DSW is well .‫ ﻏﻴﺮ ﻗﺎدرة ﻋﻠﻰ إﻛﻤﺎل اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬/‫ﺗﺠﻌﻠﻬﺎ ﻏﻴﺮ ﻗﺎدر‬
treated keeping in view in all his/her ‫ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ‬/‫وﻳﺠﺐ أن ﺗﺪﻓﻊ ﻟﻠﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‬
rights. ‫ أﺟﻮرﻫﺎ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﺤﻘﺔ ﺣﺘﻰ ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ اﻟﻤﻐﺎدرة ﻣﻦ‬/‫أﺟﻮره‬

Employment Contract may be altered, ‫ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ ﺑﻌﺪ‬/‫ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ واﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‬
amended or substituted through the Saudi- ‫ وﻳﺠﻮز ﺗﻘﺪﻳﻢ ذﻟﻚ‬.‫ذﻟﻚ اﻟﺘﻮﻗﻴﻊ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺴﻮﻳﺔ ﻧﻬﺎﺋﻴﺔ‬
Uganda Joint Technical Committee. ‫اﻟﻜﺸﻒ اﻟﺒﻨﻜﻲ أو اﺛﺒﺎت اﻟﺪﻓﻊ ﻛﺪﻟﻴﻞ ﻓﻲ اوﻏﻨﺪا‬
‫وﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ اﻟﺴﻌﻮدﻳﺔ‬.
19- The DSW shall be repatriated at the
employer's expense in the event of war, 21- ‫ﻳﺠﻮز ﺗﺠﺪﻳﺪ ﻫﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﻟﻔﺘﺮة أﺧﺮى ﻣﺪﺗﻬﺎ ﺳﻨﺘﺎن‬
civil disturbance or major natural calamity, ‫ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ وﺻﺎﺣﺐ‬/‫ﺑﻤﻮاﻓﻘﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‬
or in case the DSW suffers from serious ‫اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻣﻌﺎ‬.
illness exposed during the contract period
or work injury medically proven to render 22- .‫ﻳﻜﻮن ﻋﻘﺪ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻫﺬا ﻫﻮ اﻟﻌﻘﺪ اﻟﻮﺣﻴﺪ اﻟﺴﺎري‬
her/him incapable of completing the ‫وأي ﻋﻘﺪ ﻳﺘﻢ اﻟﺪﺧﻮل ﻓﻴﻪ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬
contract. The DSW shall be paid the wages ‫اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻴﺔ ﺑﺪﻻ ﻋﻦ ﻫﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬/‫واﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﻲ‬
due till the date of departure from KSA. ‫ﻻ ﻳﻜﻮن ﺳﺎرﻳﺎ‬.

20- If on the expiry of the contract, the 23- ‫ﻛُﺘﺐ ﻫﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﺑﺎﻟﻠﻐﺔ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ واﻟﻠﻐﺔ اﻹﻧﺠﻠﻴﺰﻳﺔ‬
DSW desires to return to Uganda, the ‫ وﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل‬،‫وﻛﻼ اﻟﻨﺼﻴﻦ ﻣﺘﺴﺎوﻳﺎن ﻓﻲ اﻟﺤﺠﻴﺔ‬
employer shall present the bank statement ‫اﻻﺧﺘﻼف ﻓﻲ ﺗﻔﺴﻴﺮ اﻟﻨﺺ ﻳﺴﻮد اﻟﻨﺺ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻲ‬.
or pay slip of the DSW to Saudi
Recruitment Agency. The employer and the
DSW shall then sign a final settlement.
Such bank statement or proof of
settlement may be submitted as evidence
in Uganda and in the KSA.

21- This contract may be renewed for a


period of another two years with the
mutual consent of the DSW and the
employer.

22- This employment contract will be the


only valid contract. Any subsequent
contract entered into between the
employer and the DSW in substitution of
this contract shall not be valid.

23- The contract shall be written in Arabic,


and English languages, both languages
being equally authentic and in case of
divergence in interpretation the Arabic text
shall prevail.
