Admissions open for September, 2020 intake (Autumn Intake 2020)

Important Dates:
16th Oct, 2019: Application period start date
15th Jan, 2020: Application period end date
1st Feb, 2020: Last date to upload missing documents

Why study in Sweden?


Easy to apply for admission: International students can apply submit their admission
applications to their desired university/program through an online application system.
IELST Exemption: Applicants having 4 years Bachelor of Honors Degree (16 Years) in the
field of Engineering, IT, Computer science, Business and any science subject (Physics,
Math, Chemistry etc.) are exempted from IELTS.
English taught courses/programs: Universities in Sweden are conducting variety of
English taught short term foundation courses (30 credits) and long term Bachelor/Master
degree programs for International students.
No age limit - Study gap is acceptable: Swedish universities do not consider study gap or
applicants’ age. Applicants of any age are welcome to study in Sweden.
Working rights and Post studies settlement: International students (full time applicants)
are allowed to do full time job to earn their living expenses. Besides part time job, students
can apply for Work permit/TRP after successfully completing their degree program.
Get temporary resident permit (90% success ratio): Applicants enrolled to any course or
degree program are awarded with Temporary Resident Permit (TRP).
Spouse/dependents Visa can be applied: Main applicant’s family (spouse and children)
can apply for their temporary resident permit too.

IELTS Requirements
Bachelor of Honor degree: (Any Science filed like Engineering, IT, CS and Business etc.)
- Can apply without IELTS for Master degree program
- English proficiency letter will be required from previous university
16 years of Education, 2 + 2 years degree: (IT, CS, Math, Physic and Chemistry etc.)
- Can apply without IELTS for both, short course or Master degree program
- English proficiency letter will be required from previous university
16 years of Education, 2 + 2 years degree: (Other than science filed, Arts etc.)
- IELTS 5.5 can apply for 6 months English language course
- IELTS 6.5 can apply for Master degree program
Undergraduate Qualification: (Intermediate, DAE, BA, B.Com etc.)
- IELTS 5.5 required to apply for 6 months English language course
- IELTS 6.5 required to apply for Bachelor degree program

Application Process

Documents required for admission:


All attested educational documents (from secondary school to current qualification) including
certificates, degrees and marks sheets.
Documents attestation:
Metric and Intermediate certificates are attested by IBCC
Bachelor/master (result card + degree) are attested by HEC (Higher education commission)
Last date to upload attested documents: 1st Feb, 2020

Application Registration:

Pay application fee (RS 16,500/-) to register online application (application deadline 15th Jan. 2020)
Get your admission notification in 1st or 2nd week of April, 2020

Important to know: Online application submission deadline is 15th January, 2020. While applicants can
upload his/her missing documents (IELTS score, etc.) till 1st February, 2020.

Expenses Calculation
Approx. budget: 10 to 14 lacs
Application Fee: Approx. Rs. 16,500/- (to register online admission application)
University Tuition Fee: Approx. Rs. 8,00,000/- to Rs. 12,00,000/- (actual fee depends on university/program)
Visa Application Fee: Approx. Rs. 16,500/-
Service charges: Euro 200/- (50% on admission confirmation, 50% on visa confirmation)
