‘of our ongoing PMC project of contruction of Doubling of track between Samakhiyali and Kiiyanagar and between Bhi and
Diyodar - Construction of roadbed, bridges, supply of ballast, Installation of track (excluding supply of ralls), Electrica (General
Electrfcation), Signaling and Telecommunication works in Ahmedabad Division of Western Railway, Gujarat, India in 2 (Two)
Packages. (2) Gauge Conversion of existing Meter Gauge track between Sabarmati and Botad: Construction of roadbed, bridges,
suppy of ballast, Dismantling of existing MG track, Installation of tack (excluding supply of calls & ordinary PSC line sleepers),
Electrical (General Electrification, Signaling and Telecommunication works of Ahmedabad & Bhavnagar Divisions of Western
Railway, Gujarat, India in 2 (Two) Packages (3) Construction of major steel girder bridges, along with foundation, substructure
and related protection works on permanent diversion, Strengthening ofthe sub structure of existing bridges alongwith provision
‘of new ste! plate girder, protection work, Casting of RCC box bridges, Earth work & Blanketing on approaches, and other allied
‘works in connection with Gauge Conversion of Sabarmat-Botad section n Bhavnagar Division of Western Raliway, Gujarat, Ina
‘You are requited to join us atthe earliest and your contractual appointment shall be effective from your date of jolning and shall,
lend on or before the end of 54 months or end ofthe project or atthe end of agreement withthe client whichever occur fist.
Since your appointment is being made fora specified period, you will neither have any right nora enon the job held by you.

notice or salary in leu thereof, no compensation or remaining wages for unexpired period or contractual period of appointment
ill be payable by the management if your services are terminated before the above mention perio of your service
Your will be reporting to the Chef Project Manager/Ahmedabad at site. The detalled break-up ofthe salary payable shall be as.

Your normal place of work shal be Systra sit office located at Gujarat. However, the Company may atts sole discretion, transfer

change Inthe terms and conditions ofthe appointment.
This agreement can be terminated by either party giving the other 30 days" notice in writing or salary i ieu thereof without
ascribing any reason. You shall be requied to serve complete notice period of 30 days before you can be relieved from the
services of the company. However, management at its sole discretion can relax this conltion as it deems appropriate, REACH
INFRATECH will not be required to give any notice or compensation package in leu thereof, if the termination is due to act of
Unsatisfactory performance, frequent absence from duties without prior approval from the competent authority, indscpline,
7055 misconduct, furnishing of incorrect particulars/information during appointment, intimation from the cient asking for your
‘demobilization ete.
You willbe equired to read, sign and abide by Systra’s Code of Ethics and business principle which shal be shared with you upon
