Cal Am Acquires JackMoon®

La Mesa, California – October 21, 2019 – Cal Am Manufacturing has acquired the JackMoon® product
line from CommScope (NASDAQ: COMM) and will incorporate it into their existing range of sealing
devices for underground electrical and fiber optic installations.
