STATEMENT OF WORK
This Statement of Work (“SOW”) and any exhibits, appendices, schedules, and attachments define the
relationship between Davyn Limited (“Davyn”) and Argyle International Airport (“AIA or Client”)
(collectively referred to as “Parties”) and sets forth the Services to be performed by Davyn related to
the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics GP (“Project”).
DOCUMENT OVERVIEW
The following Appendices are attached to, and are hereby incorporated into this SOW by reference:
Appendix A: Project Scope. Describes high level solution functionality, locations and
users.
Appendix F: References
BACKGROUND
Davyn has created this SoW based on AIA’s requirements as set forth in their July 4th 2019 RFP titled,
“Request for Great Plains Proposal (RFP)”.
REQUIREMENTS
AIA requires a fully integrated solution to automate the following business functions:
• Inventory Management
• Vendor Management
• Fixed Assets
• Human Resource Management
• Budgets
• Supply Chain – Sales and Purchasing
• Cheque Printing
• Grant Management
• Debit/Investment Management
• Customer Contract Management
• Integration of access control entry and exit times to Dynamics GP’s HR module
RECOMMENDATIONS
Davyn will deploy the following Solutions to meet AIA’s needs:
1. Microsoft Dynamics GP
2. eOne Solutions: We are also recommending the following add-on from eOne Solutions to
meet specific your specific needs:
• Smartlist Builder and SmartView - these are ad-hoc reporting tools which allow your
employees to easily report and drill into Dynamics GP data. It also makes reporting
widely available without consuming Dynamics GP licenses
• Extender - A tool that allows for the addition of fields to GP windows and building of
extra windows and brand-new data entry screens without the need for programming
code
• Davyn Employee Self Service Portal - an online solution that allows you to track and
manage leave, job letters, performance management and supply requests with ease
while also providing staff with access to important policy documents electronically
• Sierra Databridge Import Utility Module – This software will be used to integrate time
stamp data from AIA’s electronic access control system to Dynamics GP’s HR module.
It will integrate a CSV file or SQL to GP’s SQL database
BENEFITS
The implementation of Microsoft Dynamics GP will provide AIA with the following benefits:
• Improved efficiency
• Improved reporting resulting in better decision making
• Fully integrated solution
• Dynamics GP will not have to be purchased which means the project cost would be lower when
compared to purchasing another Enterprise Resource Planning solution
• Active, consistent and dedicated involvement from AIA Key Users throughout the duration of
the project.
• Visibility and accountability to project tasks, timelines and deliverables are critical components
to a successful implementation. Regular project status meetings will be a key process during
the implementation. Regular status meetings will be scheduled either biweekly or weekly
depending on the stage of the implementation. Davyn and AIA teams will participate in the
creation of the project status reports and participate in the scheduled meetings. Status
meetings will be held through conference calls or onsite meetings.
Davyn will provide project management oversight and coordination of a specialized team of consulting
resources. AIA will also provide project management oversight to coordinate and ensure AIA
participation in this project. Please refer to Appendix D for project assumptions and responsibilities.
Davyn’s delivery of the Services and the fees set forth herein, and each party’s obligations hereunder
are dependent on the involvement of the internal AIA implementation team including but not limited
to, the ability to provide accurate and complete information as needed, timely and effective
completion of the responsibilities, the accuracy and completeness of the assumptions and timely
decisions and approvals by the AIA management as set forth herein.
The SOW project schedule and budget information is a best estimate based on information furnished
to Davyn by Client as of the Effective Date (as defined below) and all changes to current schedules will
be proactively managed. However, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained within (i) the
MSA, (ii) this SOW or (iii) any appendix of such, any changes to this SOW must be done through a
Davyn Confidential Page 7 of 30
Change Request. Cost and services estimates will be updated as necessary from time to time subject
to discussion and written agreement by both parties.
The term of this SOW begins on date of contract signature (the “Effective Date”) and ends on the date
when the Close Out Presentation and Report is delivered (the “End Date”). The Close Out Report
represents the last activity identified in Appendix A under the section “Project Activities and Detailed
Pricing”.
• Davyn will stop all work when Client Account Receivable (AR) exceeds US$3,000 over 30 days
old.
• All other fees will be invoiced and are payable according to the terms set forth in the MSA.
