Lamination Sheet
FillMor is widely used in the manufacturing of Lamination Sheets as it increases the filler loading by 8%-10% without reducing their
transparency. This unique additive further improves the total productivity and reduces costing of the final product.

Transparent films
Adding just 0.8 to 1% FillMor brings out an entirely different shine in Transparent Films. The additive is highly effective in removing
roughness and enhancing the gloss of these films, thereby increasing the filler loading by upto 10%.

Colored films
FillMor also makes a strong bond with other polymers like HM, LLDPE, HDPE and gives outstanding results in the Colored Films. The
films that come out are crystal clear without dullness.

Carry Bags
Carry Bags are manufactured using recycled plastic. FillMor helps in increasing the filler loading upto 10% and removes the moisture
content to make the bags stronger and with more shine.

Backdrop:
A reputed manufacturer of plastic lamination sheets and films, with their headquarters in India, delivers a classic range of lamination
sheets with diverse purposes. However, the manufacturer was earlier not using any filler and the sheets thus produced weren’t very
clear and transparent. Pinholes as well were a grave issue due to imperfect dispersion of polymers. Our offered Fillmor as an

This company switched to FillMor-V. And they found an instant solution. With the addition of FillMor, the filler loading increased by
8%-10%. Also, the lamination sheets which came out after using FillMor were glossy and transparent. The company now not only

Situation:
A manufacturer of Colored Carry Bags. With its headquarters in Kolkata, was earlier using 20% filler and 80% polymer. A constant
drawback they faced in their product was of bubble punctures and moisture content. This happened due to ineffective dispersion of
polymer and less filler loading in spite of using 20% filler. Again they found that the finished carry bags lacked luster, smoothness and
were dull and rough.
Change:
The manufacturers happened to see our training video of Fillmor. Inspired by it, this company tried a free sample of FillMor-S and
achieved amazing results!!! FilMor increased the filler loading up to 10% and decreased the polymer content from 10%. FillMor also
dispersed well with other polymers and eliminated moisture without using any additional solutions to it. Also, the Carry Bags which
came out after processing were shiny.
In this process, the manufacturer managed to reduce his cost by at least 10% (he was spending this on the polymers earlier). They
further reduced the cost by increasing the filler loading. And of course the productivity saw a rise as well. At the same time, more

Earlier, the company was using HM and Filler for the processing and was facing issues like dullness and lack of strength in Liners. This
was due to less filler loading which the manufacturer was unable to find a sustainable solution previously to.

Detailed Product Information
FillMor is a unique additive offered by Vin Industries. A very useful additive when added with filler, FillMor increases the filler loading
up to 10% and reduces the cost included in the polymers like HD, PP, LDPE and others. FillMor also makes a strong bond with other
polymers and merges well into the mixture, thus facilitating better dispersion.
The additive has two grades:
1. FillMor S: It is mainly used for the manufacturing of both colored and reprocessed Carry Bags. . Generally, due to non-
homogeneous and unequal dispersion of the polymers, the color of the Carry Bags looks dull. FillMor S gets merged into the
polymers due to which the look of the Bags turns glossy and their strength also gets enhanced. It also works as an anti-moisture
solution; hence there is no requirement of adding any anti-moisture powder. Thus, FillMor acts as a panacea for multiple problems in
products falling under this range. And certainly this is a rare and unique feature, which will certainly give you, a lot more saving and
profit directly as well as indirectly!!!
2. FillMor V: It is primarily used in the manufacturing of Transparent Bags, Lamination Sheets, Liners and Blown films. Generally due
to no/less filler loading, the finished sheets are not completely transparent. Our additive increases the filler loading up to 10%
without reducing the transparency of the sheets. In fact, it enhances the quality of the sheets by removing the pinholes that are
often found without the usage of any additive.

Dosage of FillMor V: .8% to 10%
