1. Announce

The manual shows the method for hard disk installation and interface
operation.
Content may be modified and updated based on new function.
The manual and Picture is for reference, please operate it based on the actual
products. Please contact our assistant or technical for the latest version if
there is any change on products.
The components or file mentioned in the file is for guidance, please refer to
packing list inside for the detailed configuration.

1.1. Default Information

 ID for Superadmin: admin

 Password is empty
 IPv4 address: 192.168.1.218
 Previous file will be covered if hard disk if full
 Boot guide is opened

1.2. Installation Environment

 Do not install the wireless NVR in humid and dusty environment.

 Put the wireless NVR in drafty environment in case of ventilation port
being blocked.
 Check the power supply to avoid damage because of voltage mismatch.
 Make sure the wireless NVR working within suitable temperature and
humidity environment.

 Please install the wireless NVR horizontally, and avoid vibration.
 Short circuit may accur when dust becomes wet on circuit board. Please
clean the dust on circuit board, connectors, and NVR case.
 Explosion may happen because of improper replacement of buttery, do
not replace it by yourself; If you need, make sure it is the same type of
buttery. And do not open or repair it.
 Please use suitable and professional hard disk to ensure continues and
stable recording.
 Lightning protection is needed when device connect to communication
cables.

1.3. Lithium Battery

The model for battery is CR2032 lithium battery, explosion may occur if using
other type. Do not put it in fire or household garbage. Please dispose it under
the guide of local Laws and regulations.

2. Products Introduction

2.1. Brief Introduction

The wireless NVR Kit use LINUX operation system with stable operation,
support wireless network video input, 1.3MP max for real time viewing, video
coding and playback. H.264 ensures high quality Picture and low bite coding
rate and function for video viewing and recording.
The wireless NVR Kit can operate separately in LAN,or connecting to Internet
in WAN, match with professional video surveillance platform to ensure the
strong ability for remote monitoring. With the latest wireless network

technology ensures easy installation, which can widely used in family, shop,
office and villa,etc.

3. Installation

3.1. Open box and check

When received the goods:

Firstly, please check if there is any damage. The package can prevent most of
hitting during transportation.
Secondly, open the NVR cover, checking if there is any loosing part between
data cable, power supply cable and main board.
Attention: Please do not remove the label on products, users need to offer
model and ID code information may needed when applying for after service.

3.3. Installation and connection

3.3.1. Hard disk installation

The WiFi NVR support hard disk inside installation, 1 pc 4T hard disk max.

Please use professional hard disk to ensure continues and stable recording.
Steps are below:

 Attention: Make sure power is off during installation.

1 Put the NVR on table horizontally, loosen 4 pcs M3*6 screws, as

picture 2.3.1-1shows;
2 Push the cover with the direction showed in Picture 2.3.1-2;

3 Connect data cable and power supply cable to the ports on hard disk
separately, as picture 2.3.1-3 shows.
4 Match the hole between hard disk and NVR case, as picture 2.3.1-4
shows.

5 Keep NVR with sideways, fix hard disk with 4 pcs BM6#-32*6 screws,
as picture 2.3.1-5 shows.

 6 Install the NVR cover, fix it with 4pcs M3*6 screws, and change NVR
antenna to the direction as picture 2.3.1-6 shows.

3.3.2. Preparation for installation

1 Placement of WiFi NVR

WiFi NVR should be located in the center of monitoring area, please avoid
barrier between WiFi IPC and WiFi NVR which would influence stable
transmission of signals. When 4ch IPC connected, and NVR in the center of
signal spherical surface, if there is no barrier, radius distance can reach to
60M; if there is a wall, distance reach to 30M, 2 walls, reach to 15M ( coverage
area is depend of installation environment, the data is just for reference).
2 Checking Kit operation
Connecting mouse, monitor to NVR,connect antenna to IPC and NVR, turn on
power, when 4ch Picture showed on monitor, it means device can work well
can users can stall IPC in suitable places.

3.3.3. Placement of WiFi IPC

1 Place WiFi IPC within signal covered area, and connect to 12V power
supply.
2 Picture will show on monitor after 1 minutes when power turn on.
3 If no Picture, please shorten the distance between IPC and NVR.
4 Placement of Wireless IPC
The shape of wireless NVR signal coverage is a ball, performance will be
better when NVR antenna and IPC antenna at the same height, if can not,
please make the wireless IPC keeping parallel or tangent with wireless NVR,
do not keep IPC antenna point to NVR antenna directly.

4. Function Instruction

4.1. Log in

Connect power supply, device start work, and shows “ Tip Guide.” Log in

interface can show if choose 【Quit】. as picture 3.1-1 shows:

Please log in before make any operation, functions may different because
of user permission. Default user name is “admin” and password is empty.
“admin” is the default superuser permission, as picture 3.1-2 shows:
Attention: For safely reasons, please modify user name and password in
【System setup】→【User】.(Detail info can check in 3.9.5)

4.2. Tip Guide

Function declaration: system will start Tip Guide automatically after log in. For
stable operation, users can follow the guide to set data.
1 P2P setting
Click 【Enable】, the device ID is for remote monitoring. Click【No longer
prompt】 to stop Tip Guide when log in next time. After the operation, click
【Next】. as picture 3.2-1 shows:

2 Wirenet Setting

 Users can choose to setting IP address automatically or manually, and
setting the data of Subnet, gateway, then click【Next】. as picture 3.2-2 shows.

3 Device adding
When shows the interface below, NVR will match code automatically with IPC,
and will list device information in【Dev Has Searched】, users can add/ edit/
delete WiFi IPC in this interface. click【Next】to continue Tip Guide. as picture
3.2-3 shows.

Attention: Only finished code matching can WiFi NVR search and add WiFi

IPC. All the device has matched code in factory.
4 Hard Disk Management
Users can see hard disk information in this interface. For disk formatting,
choose the target hard disk firstly, then click【Format】, format will be finished
a few minutes later. When finished,【Next】 to continue Tip Guide. as picture
3.2-4 shows.

5 Record Setting
There are 6 periods for recording, users can set week, period information.
Recording type can choose from normal/ motion or alarm. Please click
【Save】after setting, and then click 【Finish】.as picture below.

4.3. Net channel setting

Function declaration: users can search/ add/ delete WiFi IPC in this interface.

4.3.1. Search device

Click right button on main interface, click【IP Camera】.Then click 【Search】

,
IPC information will show in the list. as picture 4.3-1 shows.

4.3.2. Device adding

1 Code matching declaration

Based on WIFI NVR and WIFI IPC, transmit NVR WIFI user name and
password to IPC, then IPC connect to NVR automatically, and transmitting
signal based on wireless way. Please delete disconnected channel before
code matching.(device already finished code matching in factory, users no

need to modify. When NVR ESSID and password is modified or need to add
new IPC, users need to match code between IPC and NVR).
2 Code matching method
Use cable to connect IPC to WAN port on NVR. In main menu, choose 【IP
Camera】→【Match code】,when shows statues of code matching, please wait
patiently, when finished, device will show in the list. Please search again if
failed. If no information shows, please check the device (power supply or IP
cable), make sure there is no problem then match the code again. as picture
3.3-2 shows.

Attention: Make sure wireless signal is good between IPC and NVR, and

distance is not far away. When device can not found in list after matching code,
please check whether finished matching code, and adjust the distance
between IPC and NVR.

4.3.3. Add all device

Users can click 【Add All】to add all the device in list.

4.3.4. Manual adding

Users can input channel information manually, like IP address, channel, user
name, password, and then click 【Enable】, then the device will add to the
target channels. as picture 3.3-3 shows.

4.3.5. Remove Device

1Remove single device: choose the channel in list, then click

【Remove】,system will remove the device. When failure happen with single
device and need to replace for new WiFi IPC, users need to remove failed first,

then match code with new device.
2
Remove all device: Remove all device with one-key press. When
NVR ESSID and password changed, or using new WiFi NVR, users need to
remove all device in the list, and set code matching data with WiFi IPC.

4.3.6. Modify IPC Information

Users can set IPC information like IP address/ port/ user name/ password
IP protocol.
Step 1: In【Net channel】, choose a device in 【Dev Has Add】.
Step 2: Click the device, then users can modify IPC information.

4.4. Wirenet Setting

Function declaration: When device used for Network monitoring or open P2P
function, users need to set network data first. Default IP address is
192.168.1.218.
Step 1: Choose 【 Wirenet setting 】 in main menu, or 【 System setup 】 →
【Network setting】→【Wirenet Setting】
Step 2: Set Network data. Users can modify IP address/ Subnet/ Gateway/
DNS information. Users can also open【DHCP】, which means gain IP address
automatically. Steps as below:
【Net card】: Default net card is 1.
【IP address】: The IP address WiFi NVR. Users can input the IP address in
website and can view the performance on web.
【Subnet】: Default subnet is 255.255.255.0, no need to modify.
【Gateway】: Gateway should be matched with IP address when it modified.
【Main DNS】:Domain name system, make the domain name input IP address.
The address is offered by your network operators, the address will come into
use when finished setting.

【Sub DNS】:Reserved DNS to ensure stable network connecting.
【MAC】: Physical address of device, can not be changed.
【DHCP】: Device gain the IP address automatically, users can turn on the
function if do not know how to set IP address.
When Finished setting, click【Save】, chose【cancel】to view the Picture.
Users also can press【Default】to set data to factory default. as picture 3.4-1
shows.

When opened HDCP function, users can not modify IP address
automatically.

4.5. WiFi setting

Function declaration: Users can set data of SSID/ password/ WiFi channel,
and also can see the device information.
Choose 【WiFi Setting】in main interface.
【Connected】: Indicate connected device quantity, MAC address and rate.
【MAC addr】: MAC address of WiFi module can not be modified.
【SSID】: Users can set the SSID information.

【Password】: Users can set the password.

Advance Set
【Reset WiFi】: Used for resetting NVR network setting, include wireless
/wirenet and PPPOE data.
【WiFi Channel】: Users can choose the suitable WiFi channel per the using
environment ( the default channel is “auto”, users can choose the suitable
channel based on Local laws and regulations)

Attention: The same SSID should be avoid to prevent ID conflict

within WiFi signals coverage areas.

4.6. Screen switch

Function declaration: users can switch single screen to multi-screens.

Step: Click right button of mouse, choose 【Screen】in main menu.
4ch WiFi NVR Kit support 1/4 screen, 8ch WiFi NVR Kit support 1/ 4/ 9 screen.

4.7. Playback

Function declaration: Users can checking record based on recording type or

time.
Click right button of mouse, choose 【Playback】in main menu.
1 Click 【Playback】and choose split type,( default setting is 4 split),
choose recording channel and recording time, then the recording file
information will show below.
2The blue timeline is for manual recording, green timeline is for timing
recording, purple is for motion detection recording, red timeline is for alarm
recording. Users can double click the timeline to check the recording.
3 Users can choose stop/ pause/ fast forward/ framedisplay/ full

screen.
4 Click or click right button in the area outside playback to return
back.
Attention:
1 When playing back, if users need to change recording channel or
recording time, please stop the current playing back first.
2 Make sure NVR has connected hard disk and recording already
started.

4.8. Manual record

Function declaration: Users can open or close recording quickly.

Click right button of mouse, choose 【Manual Record】in main menu.
1 【All】→【Save】, all channels are selected and start recording.
2 【Clear】→【Save】, all channels are not selected and no recording.
3 Users can select the target channel and click【Save】, recording will
start for the channels.
Please click【Save】after all setting finished, then click 【Return】to
come back to main screen.

4.9. System Setup

4.9.1. Network setup

P2P setting:Please view part 3, 3.12.

Network setting: Please view part 9.
Port setting:When UPNP function opened, protocol will port forwarding
automatically on switch. as picture 3.9-1 shows.

4.9.2. OSD Setup

Steps: Right click in main interface, 【System setup】→【OSD】→choose

channel →edit OSD
【Channel】:1-8 optional depend on device model.
【Channel Name】: support 1-24 character input. Users can name it by using
English letter or number.

【Time display】: X support to input 0-1919, Y support to input 0-1079. Time
information will be showed when finished. User can click 【Position】to drag
time display by hand to target place, confirm and save. Make sure option for
【Time display】is turned on before you setting any data.
【 Name display 】 : X support to input 0-1919,Y support to input 0-1079.,
channel name will be showed after turned on the option. users can also click
【Position】 to drag name position by hand, users also can 【top left】/【top
right】【bottom left】/【bottom right】 to show related position.
Click 【Apply】 when finished, click 【Quit】 to return and check. as picture
3.9.2-1 and 3.9.2-2 shows.

4.9.3. Record

Record setup
【Period】: Max support 6 periods unrepeatable.
【Video type】: Three 3 types for option: Normal (timing recording), Motion
(motion detection recording), Alarm(alarm or IO alarming recording).
User can click 【Copy】to copy current channel video parameters to other’s or
click【Default】for default setting.
Click 【Apply】to save the data, and click【Quit】to return and check. as picture
3.9.3-1 shows.

Disk management
User can confirm 【disk No.,】【Status】, 【Total Space】, 【Free space】
and 【type】after installed hard disk. as picture 3.9.3-2 shows.

Backup

The video file in NVR can be backuped to external storage device, storage
device (like USB flash disk or removable hard disk) need to be installed before
backup. Users can view video file based on external device independently
when finished backup.
【Detection】: Detecting external storage device connected on NVR, like USB
flash disk or removable hard disk. as picture 3.9.3-4 shows.

1 choose storage device.
2 Choose video file according to Type, Channel. Time ,etc.
3 Click【Begin】or click 【Cancel】to quit. as picture 3.9.3-5 shows.

【Format】:Format external storage device, erase all the information on it, and
please operate carefully.
【Uninstall】:External storage device won’t be identified after uninstall;
【Remove】:Remove external storage device.

4.9.4. Alarm setting

【Alarm Type】
1 Motion detection: By analyzing video image, motion detection will
start when system detects movable signals in target area, and linkage function
will be opened.
There will be Picture remind on video channel when movable behavior
occurs.

【Set Area】
Choose channel No. according to different alarm type→ click 【Set Area】
→setting area by mouse, white is undetectable area, red is the opposite . as
picture 3.9.4-2 shows.

【Sensitivity】: Every area of every channel has separate sensitivity range, the
larger the data is, the higher the sensitivity is and easier to open motion
detection function.
【Schedule Setting】: Device can trigger motion detecting alarm signal only in
the setting period. Period support Monday-Sunday, max 6 periods every day.
Click 【Apply】to save after setup. as picture 3.9.4-3 shows.

【Alarm Linkage】: When motion detection triggered, there will be signal show
on screen.
【Recording Channel】: When motion detection triggered, users can choose
channels for recording: manual setting for special channel/ select 【All】for all
channels recording/ select 【Clean】for no channel recording.
Attention: When finished setting, motion detection should be opened in target
channel if users need recording for motion detection alarm linkage.
Click 【Apply】 when finished, click 【Quit】 to return and check.
2 Video Shelter: When device affected by outside environment, like
light too dark or big change in scenario, video shelter alarm will open, and
alarm linkage will turn on. Alarm mark will show on screen. Setting

method is same to motion detection. as picture 3.9.4-4 shows.
Attention: When finished setting, video shelter alarm should be opened in
target channel if users need recording for video shelter alarm linkage.

3 Video Loss: When there is no video in target channels, device can
turn on video loss alarm and linkage opened at the same time. Setting method
is the same to motion detection. as picture 3.9.4-5 shows.

 Alarm input: can not support at present.
4 Local Alarm
NVR can analyze the status of software and hardware, if there is something
unnormal, device will show alarm mark on screen.
Alarm Type: Disk Full & Disk Error.
Alarm Linkage: When there are alarm issues, if users opened linkage for
screen, once alarm issues triggered, alarm mark will show on screen.
Click 【Apply】 when finished, click 【Quit】 to return and check.

4.9.5. System management

General
【Language】: English
【Device Number】: users can check the device number or re-input it.
【Device name】: Default name nvr, user can alter it.
【Record Type】: Recover or stop recording when disk full.
【 Resolution 】 : Support 1024*768,1280*1024,1440*900,1920*1080, device

will restart after modify resolution.
【Transparence】: Users can adjust the degree of transparence for UI.
【Standby time(m)】: Input time, max support 3600min.
【 Tip Guide 】 : Device will enter starting up guide interface if turn on the
function, otherwise, it will be register interface. More details please see the
Picture 3-1.
Click 【Apply】 after setup, click 【Quit】 to return check. as picture 3.9.3-1
shows..

Time Setting
【Zone】: select related zone.
【Date】: set current date and time by hand.
Click 【Apply】after setup.
【 NTP 】 : start NTP service→ Service IP address→ Service port→
internal→ save. System time will sync with INTERNET time server. as
picture 3.9.5-2 shows.

User Management
【 Add user 】 : input new user name/password/ choose operating
authorization( all function will be opened if choose 【all】) as picture

【Delete user】:Users can choose the target user name to delete. Admin
is superuser, cannot be deleted.

 【 Modify user 】 : Users can modify the user name / password/
authorization for selected user. as picture 3.9.5-4 shows.

【 Auto Reboot 】 : Users can set the reboot time. System will reboot
automatically based on setting. as picture 3.9.5-5 shows.

【System Upgrade】
1 Insert USB flash disk with upgrade file to NVR, click【NVR Start】to
upgrade WIFI NVR . as picture 3.9.5-6 shows.

 Attention: Make sure there is only one upgrade file in USB, too much

upgrade files in USB may unidentified and cause upgrade failure.

3 Restore default: Click【Default】, select 【All】to restore all default
setting about WIFI NVR, select one term to restore related default setting. as
picture 3.9.5-8 shows.

System Log
【 Type 】 :User can choose log type to search system log, include:All type,
Alarm, Abnormal, Operation, Information.
【Time】: Users can set the start time and end time for system log searching,
then click 【Query】to show log.
【Clear】: move away the log showed on interface
Picture in 3.9.5-9 is for 【All type】searching, users can scroll mouse to view all
the detail.

Version
Click 【Version】to show Product ID, Product model, System Version, Release
Date, WIFI Version. as picture 3.9.5-11 shows.

4.10. Image Color

Steps: right-click→ Main menu→【Image】

【Channel】: Select the channel which needs to set image color.
【Bright】: Adjust the brightness of image, the larger the data is, the brighter
the image will be. Data ranges from 1 to 255, default is 128.
【Contrast 】: Adjust the contrast of brightness and darkness, the larger the
data is, the degree of brightness and darkness will be higher, data ranges from
1 to 255, default is 128.
【Saturatic】: adjust the gradation of color, the larger the data is , the deeper
the color will be. Saturatic won’t affect brightness, data ranges from 1 to 255,
default is 128.
【Sharpness】: can adjust sharpness and definition of image, data ranges from

1 to 255, default is 128.
Click 【Copy】to copy parameter to other channel, click 【Default】 to restore
default setting.

4.12. Mobile Phone View

1 Software download: “Danale” app is for Android and iSO system.

Users can download in :http://www.danale.cn, or by scanning the code below:
2 Open Danale, and sign up. For first time login, users need to apply
for personal or enterprise account.

3 Make sure NVR is connected to Internet and IP address on NVR is

valid. IP cable should connect to WAN port on wireless NVR. Please setting
NVR IP address in【WireNet Setting】, as the Picture below:

If not familiar about the LAN environment, or private network, users can turn
on “DHCP”, which ensures gaining IP address automatically.
If familiar about LAN, users can set data manually.
4 Open P2P function, as the Picture below:

Click 【Enable】→ press【Refresh】until Status shows “online”.

If shows “ not online” more than 5 minutes, there is mistake for data setting,
NVR is disconnected with Internet. Please check step 3 and make sure NVR is
connect to Internet.
5 Device Adding
Click “+” to add device, users can scan QR code on NVR or input ID code
manually, and add the name for IPC.

If you want to give the camera to others, you

4.13. IE View

1 Connect WAN port to switch with IP cable.

2 Input NVR IP address on IE.

Attention: The segment of NVR and PC should be the same.

1 Log in IE, input the user name and password ( user name: admin,
password: admin)
2 Click , and chose【Live View】, users can view the Picture and set
data on the user interface, Picture as below.
