No refund will be provided in case of booking cancellation or no-show.

Terms and conditions

Rules:

-Do not touch anything with the yellow caution tape. This is not part of the game and result in players being removed
from the game.

-Do not force open/close anything in the room. All levers and doors are meant to be opened with minimal pressure.
-Do not pry anything open. The game is not meant to be played this way.

-No climbing!! Do not stand tables/chairs/desks or any furniture if any of the rooms. No exceptions.

-Do not peel off stickers/plastic/paints.

Failure to follow any of the rules or break any items in the room will result in all players/group to forfeit remaining time
in the room.

You must agree to the following rules. This check box is your electronic confirmation of acceptance of these.

-This is a minimum 3 player game!! Please ensure you have the minimum number or people or some puzzles may not
be possible to complete.

-There are no cancellations or changes. Please 100% sure before booking. If you are unsure of the time you can
arrive, do not make reservations. Just try walking in or call before coming. Please account for traffic (we are not
responsible for your party to get here on time).

-You MUST arrive 15 minutes before the game. The game starts promptly at the reservation time and players need to
arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time to check in (rules/intro videos do not count towards your time unless you
are late). Late arrivals will not be accepted.

-You will follow the rules for the escape game. These will be provided for you upon check-in and you must sign the
waiver.

-You may be teamed up with another group if you do not purchase the private room option ($40). Please call or email
us if you would like this option added to your reservation.

-We thoughly test everything in our rooms, but in case of something not working, please notifiy the staff and we will
add the time you lost back and get you through. Unfortunately electronics and mechanical props can sometime
malfunction and need replacing. We test before each group but these things can happen after we have tested.
