Heat Technology

Think about….
In today’s world, we use heat technology on a daily basis. How has heat
technology changed over the years?

Step 1:
❏ In groups, students will brain storm forms of heat technologies. We will share our ideas
with the class.

Step 2:
❏ In pairs, students will choose a heat technology that has changed over time.

Step 3:
To do:
❏ Create 5 research questions other than the following questions and find the answers.
❏ What is the heat technology?
❏ Why did the changes occur?
❏ How has technology changed over time? List a minimum of 5 changes.
Step 4:
❏ Create poster, brochure, timeline etc. that represents your heat technology and the
changes that have occurred.
