    Objects that are in a layer that is locked cannot be deleted or modified


    If you select an object in the Property Sheet pane from a layer that is locked, you cannot modify its
    attributes, and the grid becomes inactive.

    Clicking outside a viewport displays an error message


    When you click outside a viewport, it becomes deselected and no error message appears.
