• Design of Power Clamping System as per tool design standards.
• Develop 3D modeling of alternate design for the part by using Solid works 2018.
Subsequently conducting analysis and Calculations to validate the design.
• Designing and manufacturing based on calculations as recommended by
Design for Manufacturing and Assembly Standards.
• Creation of tool path programme i.e. CNC Programmes by Fanuc/Mazaktrol
language in the machines DMG, Mazaktrol and Chiron etc., to the trail/exist
Components.
• Review of the Process capability with in the tolerance as well as meets
assembly function.

Job Responsibilities:
• Design of Hydraulic Power clamping Fixtures consideration with machining
forces, tool approach, Max cutting Parameters, Work Tolerances, Operation
Sequences, accuarcy of Dimensions.
• Cutting/Machining Force Calculations to read out the clamping force
requirements.
• Design of Hydraulic Circuits as per the sequence of clamp and support
requirements.
• Analysis of the Designed Hydraulic Circuit using FESTO Fluid SIM 4.2.
• Carried out Non Conformity Analysis and re-design of components/fixture.
• Carried out field study for selection of tools, processing parameters to achieving
machining operation within tolerance zone/middle tolerance.
• Carried out process capability analysis of machine tools.
• Fixture is modified for error proof ie. poka yoke to avoid components scrap and
accidents.

components.

• Conversant with usage of Standards design data’s and material selection.
• Expertise in 3D parametric modeling of machinery components/Hydraulic
Fixtures using Iron CAD/ Solid Works software’s.
