    This matter having been brought before this Court by

    Jackson and Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment, by and

    through its counsel, Marshall Dennehy Warner Coleman & Goggin,

    P.C. (Howard Mankoff, Esq. appearing) and T. Andrew Thomas, PP,

    AICP, by and through his counsel, Gasiorowski & Holobinko (Ron

    S. Gasiorowski, Esq. appearing), for an Order of Contempt

    against T. Andrew Thomas, PP, AICP, for failure to appear for

    his deposition and produce the required documents and against

    Mayor Michael Reina, for failure to comply with this Court’s

    September 30, 2019 Order, and the Court having considered the

    papers submitted herewith, and having heard and considered the

    arguments of counsel, and for good cause shown;

    IT IS on this __________ day of January 2020,

    ORDERED that Plaintiff’s motion for contempt against

    T. Andrew Thomas, PP, AICP, for failure to appear for his

    deposition and produce the required documents and against Mayor

    Michael Reina, for failure to comply with this Court’s

    September 30, 2019 Order is GRANTED;

    IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that T. Andrew Thomas shall

    appear for his deposition and produce all documents requested

    by the Subpoena within seven (7) days of service of the Order;

    IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Mayor Michael Reina shall

    produce all requested documents on Schedule A of the Subpoena,

    including his Facebook, within seven (7) days of receipt of

    this Order;

    IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants shall pay

    failure to comply with the September 30, 2019 Order;
