2. Use outside of foot during U-turn and then pass to teammates.

1. Player A pass to player B

2. Player B through pass between the two of cones, while Player A run forward.
3. Player get the ball and shoot on the run.
4. Repeat this pattern.

Small Sided Game

1. 4 vs 4
2. Team A have rule: Seven passes between teammates and the score the goal.
3. Can apply this rule to both teams.
