On Wednesday 12-11-19 at about 0109 hours, Officer Ramseur #1376 and I
responded to (Mercy Southwest) regarding suspicious
circumstances involving a pregnant female. U on arrival, I spoke with the
female subject identified

I activated my voice recorder and conducted a recorded interview with

1930 hours she was at her residence located
She state as she was· sleeping in her bedroom, she was woken up by the front
door opening. She stated a few seconds later she observed.her boyfriend of
11 months, identified as JAGMEET SANDHU, inside of her bedroom while
pointing what she described as a silver revolver, at her. She advised me
SANDHU has�er residence, and that is how he was able to enter the
residence.�ated SANDHU then showed her three separate pill packets
and stated, 11 If you don't take these I'm gonna kill you 11 , while still
pointing the firearm at her escribed the pills as two separate
gray pill packets, one containing five medium size round white pills, and
the other one containing four of the same pills. She stated he also had a
small not labeled plastic bag containing two additional medium size round
white pills. She stated she did not know what the pills were, but they
possibly had the word, 11 Pregnancy 11 written on the package.

-tated SANDHU lowered the firearm and was not longer pointing it at
her, but continued to tell her to consume the pills while also saying, 11 We
are not having this baby 11 • Furthermore ated she is 11 weeks
pregnant with SANDHU'S child, and his family did not approve the pregnancy.
She stated SANDHU'S family became angry when they discovered she and SANDHU
were having a child together, which subsequently lead to her and SANDHU
having an argument about it approximately one week prior.

�d to pressure her to consume the pills�tated she then got
up from her bed and responded to the living room. She stated while in the
living room, SANDHU once again pointed the firearm at her and told her to,
11 Hurry up" and take the pills, and also said, "We are not having this
baby".�ated she attempted to once again delay taking the pills,
but SANDHU kept insisting for her to take them, at which time she consumed
five pills, and a short time later she consumed four more pills
