4. First Aid Measures


INGESTION
If swallowed, induce vomiting immediately as directed by medical personnel.
SKIN CONTACT
Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Immediately wash the
contaminated area thoroughly with plenty of water and soap. Insufficient
washing may cause skin irritation. Obtain medical attention if necessary.
EYE CONTACT
Irrigate immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Insufficient
washing may cause eye irritation. Obtain medical attention immediately.
INHALATION
Remove affected person to fresh air. In case of vomit, keep respiratory tract
clear. If there is difficulty in breathing, take measure of oxygen inhalation or
artificial respiration. Obtain medical attention immediately.

5. Fire Fighting Measures


EXTINGUSHING METHOD
Cut off the origin of the fire immediately, and extinguish the fire with
extinguishing media. Arresting the spread of fire, keep surroundings cool by
spraying with water. Wear self-contained breathing apparatus to avoid inhale of
nitrogenous compounds, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide liberated in a fire
situation.
EXTINGUSHING MEDIA
Use water spray, foam, powder, carbon dioxide or dry chemical.

PERSONAL PRECAUTIONS
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Spills of this product are very slippery when
wet. Wear suitable protective clothing.
METHODS FOR CLEANING UP
Wear impervious boots. Spilled material should be absorbed with inert material
such as sawdust or sand, and scooped up. Sweep up into containers for disposal.
The area should be thoroughly flushed with water and scrubbed to remove
residue. If slipperiness remains apply more dry-sweeping compound. Prevent
liquid entering sewers.

7. Handling and Storage


HANDLING.
As with many organic powders flammable dust clouds may be formed. Avoid
creating dust and keep away from sources of ignition. Do not breathe dust. Wear
protective glasses and gloves. Do not eat, drink or smoke whilst handling the
product. Remove contaminated clothing immediately and launder before reuse.
Gargle, wash hands and face thoroughly after handling. Spills should be scooped
up or wiped up immediately, and the spill area flushed with water.
STORAGE
To avoid product degradation and equipment corrosion, do not use iron, copper
or aluminum containers or equipment. Avoid wet, damp and humid conditions.
Keep in a dry, cool place. Avoid extremes of temperature.
