belonging to forms starting with FND:

Alternatively you can choose the EXCEL or PDF output type.

Is case of Excel you will get a zip as output, containing the following objects:

Part 3: Steps to load Forms Personalization’s
In case the target environment has been set up also in yours ((R) iSetup > (M)
Administration > Instance Mapping), you can upload right from here. In case the
target is not set up here, you can still download and upload the package manually.

The target environment setup requires a *.dbc file, your DBA can help here. In case
you transfer the file manually, you need to do the following:

Target Environment: (R) iSetup > (M) Extracts > Upload

Choose your file you have created on step 5 (page 4)

Click [Upload].
This will upload your file, validate the content and will create a readable object for
iSetup, which we are now going to load into the target environment itself.

Target Environment: (M) Migrations > Loads > Create

Enter the name, and choose your data as data source from previous step.

Continue with [Next]:

Review and continue with [Next]:

Start the load process:

This raises also a concurrent program, in fact at least 2 (the second is hidden to this
screen).

Review the process status:

In case of FNDLOAD APIs only the total number of loaded objects will be shown.
Review also the log to check about errors.

In it you see also the other request id, in my case it is the 11410799, which is the
underlying load process id.

Now, your Forms Personalization shall be available in your target environment.
