This Memorandum of Understanding is made on 29/5/2018 at Delhi, India, between
(Sellerseva.com) having its Aya Nagar Delhi

Purpose of this MOU


Basic Overview:
Seller Seva.Com (Service Provider) will provide remote assistance support to Seller/Client
(Please fill in your Legal Name) on these platforms i.e ,Club Factory Only and This intensive
and dedicated service is focused on increasing the sales and health of your account that will
eventually lead towards the desired goals. The scopes of the services are given below. Detailed
description of each service and TAT for each is mentioned in the Standard operating procedure
attached.

update seller about the performance of the campaign

7. Ticketing Remote Assistants will create and respond to various


queries based as Ticketing.
Terms and Conditions:

Pricing:

Service Service Fee

Club Factory. 6000 + 18% gst=7080

Conditions:
• Invoice will be raised every month to the seller and the seller has to pay the invoice amount

Risk and Mitigation of Risk:

• All the remote assistants working in Seller Seva .comwill sign a Non-Disclosure
agreement with Market Place to ensure that the information handled by them is
kept confidential.
• Passwords to login will be kept confidential.
• Service Provider will sign a MOU with the sellers which will have a defined
responsibility of the seller and Seller Seva.com
• Service Provider will mitigate to the maximum of the monthly commission it
receives from the seller due to any loss suffered by the seller due to Service
Provider’s negligence.

Registration – Sub account credentials

The seller has to create a sub account credential to Service Provider so that Service
Provider can fulfill its activities as per the agreed terms and conditions.
