COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALLMEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement made and entered into by and between:

JANET RUZ SATO, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, and a resident of Mansanas
Road, Villa Benita Subd., Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, hereinafter referred to as the
FIRST PARTY;

-And-

REYNANDO MANGROBANG ESTEBAN, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, and a

resident of San Juan, De Mata, Tarlac, hereinafter called the SECOND PARTY;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the Agreement of the FIRST PARTY agreed the following terms
and conditions:

1. That the FIRST PARTY is the registered owner of a house located at Villa
Benita, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija;

2. That the SECOND PARTY renovate the following:

a) House (Frontage, Elevate, & Cleaning)

b) Whole Gate (Main)
c) Main Door (Door Knob & Screen)
d) Door (Right Terrace)
e) Toilet (2nd Floor)
f) Master Bedroom (2nd Floor)
g) 2 Aircon hole (2nd floor)
h) Stairs
i) Back Stair

with one (1) year warranty;

3. That the SECOND PARTY acknowledge his obligation to finish the above-
mentioned house in six (6) days from October 10, 2017 to October 16, 2017;

4. That the failure on the part of the SECOND PARTY to finish the said house the
FIRST PARTY have right file the case to the proper Court;

5. That likewise, in case of default, the SECOND PARTY bind themselves to pay
the salary of FIRST PARTY in the amount FIVE THOUSAND SIX
HUNDRED SIXTY PESOS (Php.5,660.00) per day starting October 10, 2017,
and PLAIN TICKET FEE from Philippines to Japan;

6. That in case of litigation, the FIRST PARTY shall likewise shoulder all the costs
of attorney’s fee and such other charges related thereto;
 7. That any substantial violation of the provisions of this agreement shall be a
sufficient cause for the automatic rescission of this agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands on this _____ day of
_____________________________, 2017, at Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, Philippines.
