Sub : NHM – Ayushman Bharath – Establishment of Health & Wellness centers –
Training to Medical officers and Staff Nurses of 35 PHCs (Phase-II) on
21.12.2019 – Certain Instructions issued – Reg.,

To the reference cited above the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, AP,
Vijayawada has been issued certain instructions to train all the MOs & SNs of the identified
following PHCs for Health & Wellness Centers in the District on 21st of December at RCH
Building, Guntur Medical College, Guntur in two batches, the first batch MOs and SNs of
18 PHCs are advised to attend for the training sharply by 2.00 PM and the Second Batch of
the rest of the 17 PHCs are to be attend by 3.00 PM which list as follows.

Hence it is instructed to the above PHC Medical Officers and Staff Nurse to attend the
above said training programme at the RCH Building, Guntur Medical College, Guntur on
21st of December in the prescribed time schedule without fail, No leaves are allowed on 21 st
December 2019 for the above staff of the identified Health & Wellness Centers in the District.
