“PRACTICAL # 5”

OBJECT:-
 Create & print Utility Bill.

PROCEDURE:-
 Click on Start/Program/Microsoft Office/MS Excel.
 Select a new blank sheet from file menu.
 Create utility bill.
 Insert the formula as given instruction.
 Set margins.
 Save file OR save as.
 For saving file click on the file menu then click on save OR press
Ctrl+S.
 Give a name to the file. Such as "Practical # 5".
 Print the page.
 For printing page click on file then click OR press Ctrl+P.
 Close the program.

FORMULA:-
1. To calculate unit consumed,
=C5-B5
2. To calculate electricity charge,
=D5*2.06
3. To calculate surcharge,
=E5/100*15
4. To calculate amount payable,
=ROUND (E5+F5,1)
