RED CROSS YOUTH CAMP 2019

OFFICIAL GUIDELINES

A. HINUGPONG (LITERARY – MUSICAL COMPETITION)

SECTION I: GENERAL MECHANICS

a. The judges’ decisions are final, irrevocable and non-appealable.


b. Appropriate costumes should be used in every event. Vulgar or indecent costumes
are not allowed. Revealing outfits and/or clothing that will expose the sensitive
parts of the body are not allowed.
c. Vulgar and indecent words and acts in any of the competitions are not allowed.
d. The order of performances will be drawn by the Council Presidents or any
authorized representative during the initial consultative meeting on the first night
of the camp.
e. The Organizing Committee shall provide the panel of judges for every event. No
council adviser/officer/student/contestant shall make contact in any way or manner
with the judges before, during and after the contest proper in connection with the
critique or ratings.
f. In case of technical difficulties, the Organizing Committee may announce that the
contestant/s should repeat his/her/their performance after confirming with the
board of judges. The performance of the contestant/s concerned shall be repeated
only after all other contestants have performed.
g. Only WRITTEN COMPLAINTS will be entertained by the Organizing Committee.
It should be written by the Council President or any authorized representative
addressed to the Project Head of the RCY Camp 2019, Ms. Stefanie Joy G.
Anatan, duly noted by the Red Cross Youth Council Adviser and must be submitted
before the announcement of winners. Complaints made after the announcement
of winner/s will not be entertained.
h. Submission of requirements (musics, videos, etc.) for any event shall be done on
or before set deadlines to avoid disqualification or deduction of points.
i. One (1) point from each of the judges’ score will be deducted for every ten (10)
seconds exceeding or less the time limit, a fraction of at least five (5) seconds
will be considred as ten (10) seconds.
j. There will be a deduction of five (5) points from the over-all points acquired by the
council/school for every guideline (general or specific) violated. The rule does not
apply however to guidelines that result to disqualification when violated.

SECTION II: QUALIFICATIONS

a. The HINUGPONG or the Literary-Musical Competition of the Red Cross Youth


Camp 2019 is open to all schools with Red Cross Youth Councils in Negros
Occidental - Bacolod Ciy Chapter. Schools with multiple council categories (JRC,
SRCY, SPRCY, CRCY) can merge to represent the whole school.
b. All participants must be a member of a school council and must represent his/her
indicated school only. He/She must have an Unexpired Membership and
Accident Assistance Benefit (MAAB) Identification Card.
c. There is no limit in the number of events a student can join in the Hinugpong
Competitions.
d. Councils/Schools can choose to participate in all events or in selected events only.
e. Chapter Youth Council officers and organizing committee members are not
allowed to join the events.
f. Participating councils/schools must accomplish the RCY Camp 2019 Official
Council/School Entry Form (to be provided in a separate file) in order to validate
their participation in the competitions and to verify participating members. Inability
to comply means disqualification. Deadline of Submission is on October 14, 2019.

SECTION III: SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES

a. All requirements should be compiled in a long brown envelop.


b. Requirements submitted are considered final and irrevocable. In the case of
unfortunate events such as accidents or acute illnesses, which may occur to a
participant, the Council President must submit a letter addressed to the Chapter
Youth Council President or Project Head of the RCY Camp 2019. Attached to it is
a medical certificate and noted by the Council Adviser at least an hour before the
event. In addition, the letter should contain the reason/s of such absence and will
be deliberated by the Technical Committee for validation.
c. The RCY Camp 2019 Hinugpong Official Council/School Entry Form shall include
the names of the participants and will serve as their registration for the event.
Participants will be verified by the Council Adviser and the Council President, as
indicated at the last page of the entry form.
d. Contest pieces and song lyrics are printed in FOUR (4) copies labeled with the
council name. It should follow the format stated below:

 Long bond paper


 Font Style: Arial
 Font Size: 12
 Font Color: Black
 Alignment: Justified (for literary pieces) and Centered (for song lyrics)
 Line Spacing: 1.5 Spacing
 Title of the piece or song should be in bold (indicate artist’s name for the
song lyrics)

SECTION V: SCORE SYSTEM

a. The point system is modified in order to equalize the weight of every performance.

b. The ranking system shall be used to determine the winners. In case of a tie in the
ranking system, it shall be broken by:
 Adding the points reflected in the individual judge’s score sheets.
 In case of further tie, the Chairman of the Board of Judges will break the
tie after meeting the other members.
SECTION VI: GROUNDS FOR DISQUALIFICATION

a. Any violations in the rules set forth in this guideline shall be deemed ground for
disqualification.
b. The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify contestants upon
deliberation.

SECTION VII: COMPETITION GUIDELINES

LITERARY COMPETITIONS

A. TINIKALAY (BINALAYBAY)
1. The piece may only be presented by one individual.
2. The piece must be in Hiligaynon, in poetry form.
3. The piece must be original and the content must be about how they can
introduce their council/s and its achievements.
4. The speech should not violate the use of refined, decent, and civilized
language. The intentional use of indecent and vulgar gestures will mean
disqualification.
5. The delivery time must not be less than three (3) minutes and more than five
(5) minutes. The performance shall commence with the contestant’s first word
or his/her first dramatic action; whichever comes first. A green flag will be raised
one (1) minute before the end of the time limit. Furthermore, a red flag will be
raised at the end of the given delivery or performance time.
6. Five points deduction is given for every ten (10) seconds exceeding or less
than the time limit. A fraction of at least five (5) seconds will be considered as
ten (10) seconds.
7. Presenter must be in a Classic/Modern Filipino Attire. Revealing outfits and/or
clothing that will expose the sensitive parts of the body are not allowed.
8. Four (4) copies of the piece must be submitted on or before October 16, 2019.

B. TULA NG RCY (SPOKEN POETRY)


1. The piece may only be presented by one individual or by a pair.
2. The poem must be an original composition of the contestant. The theme of the
piece will be of the contestant’s preference except demonic, terrorizing, and
discriminating themes (e.g. biological sex, sexual preference, socioeconomic
status, belief, culture ideologies, intellectual capabilities etc.). It should be in a
Filipino language.
3. The piece should not violate the use of refined, decent, and civilized language.
The intentional use of indecent and vulgar gestures will mean disqualification.
4. The length of the piece depends upon the contestant. However, each
contestant is only given a minimum of three (3) minutes and a maximum of
four (4) minutes to present the piece. The performance shall commence with
the contestant’s first word or his/her first dramatic action; whichever comes
first. A green flag will be raised one (1) minute before the end of the time limit.
Furthermore, a red flag will be raised at the end of the given delivery or
performance time.
5. Five points deduction is given for every ten (10) seconds exceeding or less
than the time limit. A fraction of at least five (5) seconds will be considered as
ten (10) seconds.
6. The contestant is not allowed to read a copy of his piece during performance.
7. During presentation, improvisation is permitted; however, it is limit to only 20%
of the entire piece. Percentage calculation of the piece will be measured by
character count.
8. The contestants may wear any appropriate attire, but a casual one is
encouraged. However, revealing outfits and/or clothing that will expose the
sensitive parts of the body are not allowed.
9. The contestant must submit four (4) copies of the piece
on or before October 16, 2019.

C. IMPERSONASYON NG KARAKTER (CHARACTER IMPERSONATION)


1. Character Impersonation is defined as the artistic impersonation of a particular
character and should NOT be confused with Character Interpretation.
2. Contestants must impersonate a notable famous and LOCAL character which
could be taken from a Filipino movie or Teleserye (e.g. Cardo Dalisay, Lily
Cruz, Cassie Mondragon, etc.) or a prominent person in the Philippines.
3. Contestant’s piece should be composed of an introduction inclusive of a
famous dialogue/quotation of the chosen notable local character to be followed
by a performance which could be in a form of dramatization based on the
selected character.
4. Filipino - English must be used as the official medium for the competition. In
addition, language and actions must not include violence, nude scenes, or
anything that would endanger the name of the organization.
5. Contestants must memorize their script. Bringing or reading of script is not
allowed during the performance.
6. Wearing of costume and make up is allowed. However, Revealing outfits and/or
clothing that will expose the sensitive parts of the body are not allowed.
7. Contestants may provide a background music, provided it does not contain
vulgar and indecent words in its lyrics. It should be sent on or before October
18, 2019.
8. Props are allowed. However, it should be minimal as possible. Fires, sharp
objects, explosives and any hazardous materials are not allowed.
9. Impersonation of political figures and demonic act is not allowed.
10. A microphone shall be used by each contestant. Contestants are to utilize the
stage area, but are not allowed to leave, or go to the audience directly as part
of their act.
11. Contestants are required to pass a copy of their piece/script on or before
October 16, 2019. A picture of their costume should also be attached and must
be submitted to the organizing committee on or before October 18, 2019.
12. Delivery must not be less than five (5) minutes and shall not exceed for more
than six (6) minutes. The performance shall commence with the contestant’s
first word or his/her first dramatic action; whichever comes first. A green flag
will be raised one (1) minute before the end of the time limit. Furthermore, a
red flag will be raised at the end of the given delivery or performance time.
13. A five (5) point deduction from each judge will be imposed for every ten (10)
less required, or exceeding the time limit. A fraction of at least five (5) seconds
shall automatically be considered as ten (10) seconds.
14. Secondary characters, actors, or props men are NOT allowed during the
event/performance.

MUSICAL COMPETITIONS

A. BOSES NG RCY (VOCAL SOLO)


1. The song may only be presented by one individual.
2. The song to be performed must be an Original Pinoy Music (OPM). Minus One
of the song must be submitted in a standard CD or a flashdrive on or before
October 18, 2019.
3. Language and actions must not include vulgarity, indecency, violence or
anything that would endanger the name of the organization.
4. Performance must not exceed six (6) minutes. A green flag will be raised one
(1) minute before the end of the time limit. Furthermore, a red flag will be raised
at the end of the given delivery or performance time.
5. Five points deduction is given for every ten (10) seconds exceeding or less
than the time limit. A fraction of at least five (5) seconds will be considered as
ten (10) seconds.
6. The contestant may wear any appropriate attire, but a casual one is
encouraged. Revealing outfits and/or clothing that will expose the sensitive
parts of the body are not allowed.

C. MTV PARODY
1. The group must be composed of five (5) to eight (8) members only. The group
can either be all male, all female or a combination of both.
2. Contestants must have one MTV parody. The music video is of the council’s
choice. However, it should be an Original Pinoy Music (OPM) Music Video (e.g.
Chambe by Alex Gonzaga).
3. Vulgar or indecent music videos are not allowed. A copy of the music video
shall be submitted in a flashdrive or through email
on or before October 16, 2019.
4. Vulgar and indecent parodies are not allowed. Language and actions must not
include vulgarity, indecency, violence or anything that would endanger the
name of the organization.
5. The group is given three (3) to six (6) minutes to perform. A green flag will be
raised, one (1) minute before the end of the time limit. Furthermore, a red flag
will be raised at the end of the given delivery or performance time.
6. Five points deduction is given for every ten (10) seconds exceeding or less
than the time limit. A fraction of at least five (5) seconds will be considered as
ten (10) seconds.
7. Use of props is allowed except for sharps, flammables, pyrotechnics, and real
or improvised deadly weapons.
8. Costume and make up is allowed and it should be based on the selected music
video that has been chosen. However, revealing outfits and/or clothing that will
expose the sensitive parts of the body are not allowed.
9. Use of backdrop is allowed.
10. Changing of costumes is allowed.

D. HATAW SAYAW (HIPHOP DANCE)

1. The group must be composed of eight (8) to fifteen (15) members only. The
group can either be all male, all female or a combination of both.
2. Only one group per council/school is allowed.
3. Over-all choreography and presentation should be dominantly hip-hop.
4. The music must be an Original Pinoy Music (OPM) regardless if it is a remix or
not. For remix, provide a list with the title of the songs and its singers included.
This shall then be submitted in a standard CD or flashdrive on or before
October 18, 2019.
5. The routine must be performed entirely to the music selected and prepared.
6. The group is given three (3) to six (6) minutes to perform. A green flag will be
raised one (1) minute before the end of the time limit. Furthermore, a red flag
will be raised at the end of the given delivery or performance time.
7. Five points deduction is given for every ten (10) seconds exceeding or less
than the time limit. A fraction of at least five (5) seconds will be considered as
ten (10) seconds.
8. Indecent, inappropriate and vulgar choreography and costumes are strictly
prohibited.
9. Use of firecrackers, pyrotechnics and other props that may initiate harm to the
audience and to the performers themselves are strictly prohibited.

E. KABANDATAAN (ACOUSTIC BAND)

1. The group must be composed of four (4) to eight (8) members only. The band
shall have its name depending on the council/school as long as no vulgar or
malicious words are involved.
2. A screening will be held on October 12, 2019. The band shall perform two (2)
songs of the band’s choice provided it must be Original Pinoy Music (OPM) and
does not include vulgar and indecent words in its lyrics.
3. Only five (5) bands will get to compete during the competition proper.
4. For the finalists, each group should perform three (3) songs. All songs must be
Original Pinoy Music (OPM). One of the songs is given by the Organizing
Committee: Kanlungan by Noel Cabangon. The remaining two (2) songs will be
of council/school’s choice as long as it is OPM and does not include vulgar and
indecent words in its lyrics.
5. The choice of the songs must be submitted on or before October 16, 2019.
6. A maximum of three (3) minutes is given for the tuning of the instruments on the
night of the competition.
7. Screaming and indecent or malicious actions are not allowed.
8. Revealing outfits and/or clothing that expose sensitive parts of the body are not
allowed.
9. The performance shall only range from five (5) to eight (8) minutes only. A green
flag will be raised one (1) minute before the end of the time limit. Furthermore, a
red flag will be raised at the end of the given delivery or performance time.
10. The council/school must provide their own instruments and equipment during the
screening and contest proper. Borrowing from another council/school is not
allowed.
11. Instruments allowed for the contest are the following: acoustic guitar, beatbox,
keyboard, violin, flute, lyre and maracas.

MULTIMEDIA CONTESTS

A. COUNCIL VLOG (VIDEO LOG)

1. The council/s must submit a vlog (video log) presenting the best practices of
their council/s.
2. The council/s can use any background music as long there is no vulgar or
indecent words included in the lyrics.
3. Filipino - English must be used as the official medium for the video.
4. The video shall not contain vulgar or indecent words and acts. Revealing outfits
and/or clothing that will expose the sensitive parts of the body are not allowed.
5. The council vlog should not be less than four (4) minutes and not more than five
(5) minutes.
6. Five points deduction is given for every ten (10) seconds exceeding or less than
the time limit. A fraction of at least five (5) seconds will be considered as ten
(10) seconds.
7. Video shall be submitted in a flashdrive or sent via email
@cyc.negrosoccidental@gmail.com. The deadline of submission of the entry
video is on October 25, 2019.
8. Entries will be presented during the Hinugpong proper.

b. Pinoy Commercial Spoof


1. The council/s must submit a video imitating a Pinoy Commercial (e.g. Tied,
Ariel). The group can use more than one commercial and it should be compiled
when submitted. The commercial/s are of council’s choice.
2. Vulgar and indecent commercials are not allowed. Vulgar and indecent
language and acts are not allowed.
3. Revealing outfits and/or clothing that will expose the sensitive parts of the body
are not allowed.
4. The video should not be less than two (2) minutes and not more than three (3)
minutes.
5. Five points deduction is given for every ten (10) seconds exceeding or less
than the time limit. A fraction of at least five (5) seconds will be considered as
ten (10) seconds.
6. A copy of the commercial followed shall also be pass. Videos shall be submitted
in a flashdrive or sent via email @cyc.negrosoccidental@gmail.com. The
deadline of submission of the entry video is on October 25, 2019.
7. Entries will be presented during the Hinugpong proper.

B. HINAMPANG (SPORTSFEST)

SECTION I: GENERAL MECHANICS

a. All games or events will be played simultaneously.


b. Appropriate outfits and/or clothing should be worn for the games. Revealing outfits
and/or clothing that will expose the sensitive parts of the body are not allowed.
c. The list of opposing teams for every game (bracketing) will be given on the day of
the Hinampang, Sunday, November 17, 2019.
d. Only WRITTEN COMPLAINTS will be entertained by the Organizing Committee.
It should be written by the Council President or any authorized representative
addressed to the Project Head of the RCY Camp 2019, Ms. Stefanie Joy G.
Anatan, duly noted by the Red Cross Youth Council Adviser and must be submitted
before the announcement of winners. Complaints made after the announcement

SECTION VI: GAME MECHANICS AND GUIDELINES

COUNCIL/SCHOOL GAMES

A. 3 VS 3 BASKETBALL (BOYS AND GIRLS)


Guidelines:
1. Proper uniform or sports attire is required.

Mechanics:
1. Each council should have five (5) players. There should be three (3) players
which are on the court at any given time, plus one (1) coach.
2. Substitutions may be made after a basket or an out of bounds play.
3. On defensive rebounds or steals, players must return the ball by dribble or
pass across the three point line before a basket maybe attempted. Once
across the line, they do not have to pass the ball before shooting.
4. There are no timeouts.
5. The game has a three-foul rule; which means a free-throw will be given as
a penalty on the third foul, and will then reset.
6. The first team who can raise the score to fifteen (15) points will win the
game.
B. DODGE BALL
Guidelines:
1. Team must be composed of twelve (12) members.
2. Players must wear yellow-colored shirts (any shade). Printed shirts are
allowed.

Mechanics:
1. A representative of each team shall go to the game facilitator, who will toss
a coin and the representative should choose between “head” or “tail”.
2. The team that wins the toss coin will have the chance to choose if they will
be the “throw team” or “dodge team”.
3. The six members of the throw team shall go to the outside line provided and
the other six on the opposite outside line.
4. The dodge team shall gather between the throw team.
5. The throw team should eliminate all opponents by hitting them with a ball.
On the other hand, the dodge team should dodge the ball, provided that
they should not pass over the line on both sides. Passing over the lines will
be considered as eliminated.
6. The throw team will be given five (5) minutes to eliminate all opponents.
7. After 5 minutes, the facilitator will count the members of the dodge team
that has been eliminated. 1 person = 1 point.
8. The dodge team will have the turn to throw.
9. The team with the highest score will be the winner.
C. EGG CATCH
Guidelines:
1. Each council will have two (2) participants.
2. Only one (1) egg will be used per team (to be provided by the
school/council).
3. Players must wear black-colored shirts. Printed shirts are allowed.

Mechanics:
1. All teams will form a horizontal line facing their teammate with an equal
distance apart.
2. The person holding the egg will wait for the facilitator’s go-signal before
they are allowed to throw the egg to their teammate.
3. If the teammate catches the egg successfully, they both take a step back.
4. If the egg is dropped, but not broken, the teammate may pick it up and can
continue the game.
5. If the egg breaks on the ground or in someone’s hands or body, the team is
now out of the game.
6. The game continues until there is one team left, which will be the winner.

D. SNAKE RUN
Guidelines:
1. Team must be composed of ten (10) members.
2. Players must wear the following: jogging pants or loose pants, red-colored
shirt (any shade – printed or not printed), and closed rubber shoes.
Mechanics:
1. Each team should make a straight line facing the opposing team.
2. Each team member should tightly hold the waist of the person in front of
him or her.
3. The last person in the line should have a handkerchief hanging at his or her
back pocket.
4. The game is composed of four (4) rounds including the trial (1 trial), and will
be given 15 minutes each.
5. To get a score, the person in front of the line should grab the handkerchief
at the back of the opposing team. If the line breaks, the score will go to the
opposing team.
6. The first team to get a score of two (2) points will be the winner.

E. TUG OF PEACE
Guidelines:
1. The team must be composed of ten (10) members.
2. Players must wear white-colored shirts. Printed shirts are allowed.

Mechanics:
1. There will two (2) teams competing.
2. Each team will stand on an equal distance from the center marked by the
facilitator.
3. There will be a rope with a handkerchief signifying that it is the middle of the
rope.
4. One team will hold one end of the rope, and the other team will also hold
the other end.
5. To win the game, the team shall pull the rope until the handkerchief reaches
a certain distance marked by the facilitator.

F. VOLLEY BLIND
Guidelines:
1. Team must be composed of six (6) members.
2. Players must wear blue-colored shirts (any shade). Printed shirts are
allowed.
3. Short shorts are not allowed. No plunging neckline.

Mechanics:

1. Teams will play with a ball and not with water balloons.
2. Each team will have a privilege to position their members per strategy.
3. Ball should only be thrown in upward direction.
4. During throw, if team hits the opposite team, throwing team earns point
(depends on the number of hits: max of 5) deducting the victim team’s stable
points (max of 5).
5. Attempted throw: if team drops the ball before it could pass the opponent,
team’s stable point will be deducted to the number of ball throws left.
6. No ball: if targeted team stuns/ catches or if ball hits the ground, opposing
team will earn the point and attacker’s stable point will be deducted.
7. Highest scorer wins.
8. Violation from guidelines and mechanics terminates the team from the
game which will render no point for their council for this game.
LARONG PINOY

A. CHINESE GARTER
a. Bilang ng Maglalaro: isang (1) kalahok mula sa bawat konseho/paaralan.
b. Ang mga manlalaro ay dapat magsuot ng kulay orange na damit.

Patakaran:
1. Ang layunin ng larong ito ay matagumpay na makatalon sa ibabaw ng
garter upang makalipat sa kabilang parte ng field o playing area.
2. Sa panahon ng laro, may dalawang opisyales mula sa Organizing
Committee na magsisilbing “post ng laro” na nakatayo at hahawak sa
magkabilang dulo ng garter.
3. Magkakaroon ng sampung levels ang larong ito. Sa pag-angat ng bawat
level, unti-unting itinataas ng mga poste ng laro ang garter hanggang sa
maabot ang taas na pantay sa kamay na nakataas sa ibabaw ng ulo ng
poste. Ito ang pagkakasunod-sunod ng bawat level:
a. Una: kasintaas ng bukung-bukong
b. Pangalawa: kasintaas ng tuhod
c. Pangatlo: kasintaas ng balakang
d. Pang-apat: kasintaas ng baywang
e. Panglima: kasintaas ng dibdib
f. Pang-anim: kasintaas ng balikat
g. Pampito: kasintaas ng noo
h. Pangwalo: kasintaas ng dulo ng ulo
i. Pangsiyam: dalawang pulgadang taas
j. Panghuli: kasintaas ng pinakamataas na daliri sa dulo ng brasong
nakataas sa ibabaw ng ulo
4. Tanging paglundag o pagtalon lamang ang maaaring gawin ng manlalaro
upang makapunta siya sa kabilang parte ng field o playing area. Bawal ang
pagsirko (tumbling) o anumang ibang paraan maliban sa paglundag.
5. Matatanggal sa laro ang bawat kalahok na hindi matagumpay na
nakalagpas sa kabilang parte ng field o ng playing area.
6. Bawal masagi o mahawakan ang garter sa unang tatlong level ng laro.
Tatanggalin ang sinumang makakasagi ng garter sa mga panahong ito.
7. Ang huling kalahok na hindi pa natatanggal ay ang tatanghaling panalo.

B. KIK
a. Bilang ng Maglalaro: isang (1) lalaki o isang (1) babaeng kalahok mula sa
bawat konseho/paaralan.
b. Ang mga manlalaro ay dapat magsuot ng kulay gray na damit.

Patakaran:
1. Ang layunin ng larong ito ay magpataasan ng bilang ng pagkakataong
matagumpay na nasisipa ang tingga at napapanatili ito sa taas ng ere.
2. Bibigyan ng apatnapu’t limang segundo (45 seconds) ang bawat kalahok
upang subukan ang laro. Kapag naubos na ang ibinigay na oras para sa
trial, opisyal nang sisimulan ang laro.
3. Magsisimula ang laro sa oras na inihagis ng manlalaro ang tingga sa ere at
kailangan niyang maisipa ito pataas pabalik sa ere upang makapuntos.
4. Bibigyan ng isang puntos ang kalahok sa bawat matagumpay na sipa na
nagagawa niya.
5. Magtatalaga ng isang opisyales mula sa Organizing Committee sa bawat
manlalaro upang bantayan at bilangin ang naiipong puntos ng kalahok.
6. Matitigil ang laro kapag hindi nasalo o nasipa ng manlalaro ang tingga at
nahulog ito sa lupa. May tatlong pagkakataon siya upang gawin ang larong
ito.
7. Ang pinakamataas na puntos na nakuha ng manlalaro sa tatlong
pagkakataon ang siyang magiging puntos ng kalahok para sa larong ito.
8. Ang sinumang kalahok na makakakuha ng pinakaraming puntos ang
tatanghaling panalo.

C. LUKSONG LUBID
a. Bilang ng Maglalaro: isang (1) koponan mula sa bawat konseho/paaralan
na binubuo ng tatlong (3) kalahok na maaring puro lalaki, puro babae o
kombinasyon ng dalawang kasarian.
b. Ang mga manlalaro ay dapat magsuot ng kulay violet na damit.

Patakaran:
1. Ang layunin ng larong ito ay magpataasan ng bilang ng matagumpay na
lundag sa ibabaw ng pinaiikot na lubid na hindi ito nasasagi o
nahahawakan.
2. Magkakaroon ng tatlong pagkakataon ang bawat koponan upang
lumundag sa lubid, at sa bawat pagkakataon ay magsasalitan sila ng
pwesto. Sa unang pagkakataon, ang unang manlalaro ang siyang unang
tatalon at paiikutin ng pangalawa at pangatlong manlalaro ang lubid na
nakahawak sa magkabilang dulo ng lubid. Sa pangalawa, magpapalit ng
pwesto ang una at ang pangalawang kalahok. Sina pangalawa at pangatlo
naman ang magpapalit sa huling pagkakataon.
3. Bibigyan ng apatnapu’t limang segundo (45 seconds) ang bawat kalahok
upang subukan ang laro. Kapag naubos na ang ibinigay na oras para sa
trial, opisyal nang sisimulan ang laro.
4. Ipupwesto ang lubid sa sahig sa harapan ng unang tagalundag. Dadaan
ito sa ilalim ng manlalaro at tatalunan niya ito (magkakaroon na siya ng
isang puntos). Paiikutin ang lubid mula sa sahig, papuntang likod ng
manlalaro, pataas sa kaniyang ulo, dadaan sa kaniyang harapan, at
babalik muli sa sahig.
5. Ang bawat kuponan ay bibigyan lamang ng dalawang (2) minuto upang
magpataasan ng matagumpay na talon sa lubid.
6. Bibigyan ng isang puntos ang kalahok sa bawat matagumpay na lundag
na hindi niya nasasagi o nahahawakan ang umiikot na lubid. Magtatalaga
ng isang opisyales mula sa Organizing Committee sa bawat manlalaro
upang bantayan at bilangin ang naiipong puntos ng kalahok.
7. Matitigil ang laro sa panahong hihinto ang manlalaro sa paglundag o di
kaya ay nasagi niya ang lubid. Magpapalit ng pwesto ang mga kalahok
matapos ang laro ng unang tagalundag. Kung natapos na ang tatlo pero
may oras pang natitira, maaari itong ipagpatuloy hanggang maubos ang
naitalagang dalawang minuto.
8. Ang puntos na naiipon ng bawat kalahok ay pagsasamahin upang
malaman ang kabuuang puntos nga grupo.
9. Ang grupong may pinakamataas na kabuuang puntos ang siyang
tatanghaling panalo para sa larong ito.
D. LUKSONG SAKO
a. Bilang ng Maglalaro: isang (1) koponan mula sa bawat konseho/paaralan
na binubuo ng anim (6) na lalaki at anim (6) na babae.
b. Ang mga manlalaro ay dapat magsuot ng kulay green na damit.

Patakaran:
1. Ang layunin ng larong ito ay magpaunahan sa pag-ikot sa “posts” sa
pamamagitan ng paglundag habang nasa loob ng isang sako ang katawan
ng manlalaro.
2. Magsisimula ang laro na nakaayos ang grupo sa iisang linya at nakalapag
ang isang malaking sako sa sahig, kalahating metro ang layo mula sa
unahan ng linya.
3. Sa hudyat, ipapasok ng unang manlalaro ang kaniyang sa sarili sa loob ng
sako.
4. Suot ang sako, mag-uunahan ang kalahok sa paglundag papunta sa
minarkahang punto, iikot dito, babalik sa linya, at ilalabas ang sarili mula
sa sako. Bago makapagsimula ang susunod na kalahok, dapat munang
tapikin ng unang manlalaro ang kamay ng ikalawang kalahok. Uulitin ito
hanggang sa makaikot na sa minarkahang punto at makabalik na sa linya
ang panghuling kasapi sa grupo na may nakataling tela o panyo sa ulo.
5. Sa lahat ng oras, dapat mapanatili ng manlalaro na nakahawak ang kahit
isa niyang kamay sa dulo ng sako at ang dalawa niyang paa sa loob nito.
6. Ang sako ay dapat manatili malapit sa baywang ng manlalaro pataas at
hindi dapat mahulog sa ilalim ng tuhod. Sa pagkakataong bumaba ang
sako sa ilalim ng tuhod ng manlalaro, pababalikin siya sa linya at dapat
niyang ulitin ang karera.
7. Makakapagpatuloy pa sa karera ang mga kalahok kapag sila ay natumba
sa kalagitnaan ng laro hangga’t wala silang nilalabag sa mga ibinigay na
patakaran.
8. Ang unang grupo na makakatapos ng karera ay siyang tatanghaling panalo
sa larong ito.
