NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

SUBJECT : TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1 General
1.1.1 All works incorporated herein or as shown on plans and detailed drawings shall be done
in accordance with the National Building Code of the Philippines in conformity of the
Building Ordinance.

1.2 Standard of Materials


1.2.1 All materials shall subject to the approval of the Architect or by their duly Authorized
representative.

1.3 Standard Workmanship


1.3.1 All works shall be done in a work manlike manner and shall be in Accordance with the
standard practice employed of as far as acceptable by the Architect, Engineer or in
reference as to A.S.T.M. and A.I.S.C. Specifications for various parts of the job.
1.3.2 All workers, foremen and supervisor shall be competent and efficient to the satisfaction
of the Architect, Engineer and Owner shall replace any or all of those whom they deems
unit.

1.4 Plans Specifications


1.4.1 Plans and specifications are intended to cooperate with each other mutually, anything
shown and called for but in the other shall be as Shown and specified.
1.4.2 Figured dimensions on the drawings shall govern, large scale drawings shall take
precedence over small drawings. Conflicting drawings shall be referred to the Architect,
Engineer or the Project-Supervisor in Charge for correction and clarifications the case
maybe before any judgment is made.

1.5 Scope of Works


1.5.1 Furnishing of all labors, tools equipment’s, superintendence and appliances and
appliances for the completion of the Proposed Construction of Perimeter Fence with
Steel Gate shall be in specifications.
A. CONCRETE AND REINFORCEMENT

1. All materials and workmanship shall conform to the latest building code of American
concrete institute (ACI-318).
2. All concrete shall develop a minimum comprehensive strength at the end of (28) Days will
corresponding maximum size aggregate and slumps as follow:

PEDISTALS 3000 PSI (210KG/ cm2) ¾ IN. (19MM) 4 IN. (100M)

3. All reinforcing bar shall conform to ASTM A615 (PNS49) grade 40 for diameter 12 and
smaller bars and grade 40 for diameter 16 and larger bars column and hoops are all grade 40
bars.
