Work Immersion Pre-Orientation

Grade 12 TVL-Organic Agriculture Production

The Work Immersion Pre- Orientation was started 7:45 in the morning with a prayer led by Ms. Ceila E. Batoon,
followed by short message from one of the School’s head Ma’am Corazon Mendoza and followed by another
message from Senior High School Subject Group Head, Ma’am Maricel P. Dalisay, she gave emphasis to the
parents how lucky their children to have the Work Immersion Program with prestige institution who will
accommodate the said program. After this, the meeting was flows as these:
 Ms. Annalyn B. Macalalad, she explained how does work immersion for Gas students will make possible
 Mr. Aljune. J. Castillo, he clarified the GAS students work immersion uniform and immersion shirts
 Ms. Lotis A. Lopez with the assistance of Sir Neil Mark V. Loto, she discussed the immersion shirts
( GAS ) and working clothes ( TVL ), wherein at the end was agreed and approved by all the parents.

The orientation was ended at 9:50AM with a closing prayer delivered by Ms. Jessa D. Dumaran. And lastly, Ms
Marivie B. Andalis, as activity facilitator, gave thanks to the parents who spent their time just to attend the said
activity.

This was followed in the afternoon, the Pre- Orientation lecture for 61 TVL Grade 12 learners given by the TVL
Work Immersion Teacher, Ms. Lotis A. Lopez. The said lecture was conducted for two consecutive Friday,
respectively, July 12 and July 19, 2019 with the following topics:

 terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Agreement
 Importance of credentials
 Portfolio
