Job Duties - are to:

Support land development projects

Assist in the preparation of real estate development design permitting documents

Designs construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models.

Prepares engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints,
aerial photographs and tests on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and
related topographical and geologic data.

Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.

Prepares feasibility study by analyzing engineering design; conducting environmental impact

studies; assembling data.

Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and

schedules.

Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project

progress; inspecting construction site; verifying calculations and placements.

Fulfills project requirements by training and guiding operators.

Maintains operations by enforcing project and operational policies and procedures.

Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests.

Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new
legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising
management on needed actions.

Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering data; completing backups.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Interact with associated disciplines including: geotechnical engineering; traffic

engineering; environmental; building engineering structural mechanical electrical &
plumbing ; architecture; as well as landscape architecture contractors
Support project manager with client relations team motivation project financials

Responsible for technical design report writing

Attend meetings with clients regulatory agencies as well as stakeholders to

establish their needs discuss design/permitting issues with them

Responsible for quality of work output

CONTRACT INCLUDES:

A) Reporting: you will report to 'Project Engineer, Mr.Dino Everts'

B) Basic salary: the offered civil site engineer position is at a '84,000 AED/P.A'...
of '7000 AED/rate per month.

C) Vacations: your vacation is 2 days per week (Friday and Saturday) additional
45 Leaves Per Year

D) Compensations and benefits: your position compensations and benefits are:

'Health insurance, dental care, Living, Food, and transportation'

Working Hours:

Al Naboodah Construction Group staff receive around 13-14 weeks of Annual

leaves each year and 45 days additional leaves each year. However, for the other
40-41 weeks, during Term-Time, staff can expects early starts and particularly busy
workin life.
Civil Engineer and all staff official working hours correspond with there individual
company’s Project/Site timetable, although most staff start earlier and end there
working day much later then there scheduled Project/Site.

Travel outside of the company is rare, except when taking staff on Company’s
outing or Field trips.
