Should the named MANIFESTED CONSIGNEE and/or AMENDED CONSIGNEE is an individual name, a
copy of NRIC/Passport shall be provided as supporting document under this irrevocable letter of indemnity &
guarantee.

In consideration of your compliance with our above request, we hereby confirm that we agree undertake full
responsibility to irrevocably and unconditionally to indemnify you on :-

1. The Detention / Demurrage charges being incurred, if any.

2. The repair charges being incurred for damaged container, if any.

3. The replacement cost for missing container, if any.

4. The related costs arise due to our negligence should the empty container is not being returned to
designated depot in good condition.

5. You shall have a lien on our cargo, any document or freight thereto in respect of all sums due from us
whether or not related to this irrevocable letter of indemnity & guarantee. You may exercise such lien, at
any time and in any place at your sole discretion.

6. All other terms and conditions as stipulated on the body of Original Bill of Lading document.

The Original of this letter will be submitted during the exchange of Delivery Order release.
