Lab#1

Given values:

Source = 15

Resistor ,R1 = 4

Resistor,R2 = 3

Resistor,R3 = 2

To Find:

I have to find voltage drop in series circuit by using KVL and then verify my result using
EWB(Electronic work bench )

Answer:

By solving circuit problem I get these result

Current (I1) =1.666

Voltage drop across R1=6.667V

Voltage drop across R2=5V

Voltage drop across R3=3.333V

Note:

I verify my values using EWB and my values matched with EWB values.
Lab Task:
I perform following jobs.

Job#1

I change the values of source and resistors of circuit.

Source.V = 30

Resistor,R1 = 2

Resistor,R2 = 2

Resistor,R3 = 2

I solve the circuit with the help of Multisim I connect

voltmeter parallel to each resistor and get answers

Voltage drop across R1,V1=10V

Voltage drop across R2,V2=10V

Voltage drop across R3,V3=10V

Observation:

I observe that by giving same values to resistor R1=R2=R3=2 I get same voltage drop across each resistor
that is V1=V2=V3=10V

Job#2

Again I change the values of resistors R1=R2=R3=4

Observation:

Yes I get the same result for voltage drop across each resistor.

When I change the values of R1=R2=R3=4 and then by using electronic work bench I connect Voltmeter
parallel to each resistor and check the voltage drop that is
R1=R2=R3=10V
