Lab#11

Given values:

Source, V1=6 V, Source, V2= 5 V , Source, V3= 10 V

Resistor, R1 = 6 Resistor, R2 = 2

Resistor, R3 = 4 Resistor, R4 = 3

Resistor, R5 = 4

To Find:

I have to find current in each branch by using superposition Theorem and verify my numerical values
using EWB.

Answer:

Solving circuit problem by hand, I get following values.

I1 = 0.777 A I2 = 0.333 A

I3 = -1.085 A

Current in each branch:

IR1 = 0.777 A IR2 = 0.333 A

IR3 = 1.085 A IR4 = 0.444 A

I5 = 1.148 A

Note:

I verify my values in EWB and my values matched with EWB values.

Lab Task:.
Job#1

I change the values of source and kept resistors values constant.

Source, V1=12 V, Source, V2= 10 V , Source, V3= 5 V

Resistor, R1 = 6 Resistor, R2 = 2

Resistor, R3 = 4 Resistor, R4 = 3

Resistor, R5 = 4

I1 = 1.971 A I3 = 0.333 A

I2 = -1.916 A

Now current in each branch

IR1 = 1.971 A IR2 = 1.916 A

IR3 = 0.333 A IR4 = 0.055 A

IR5 = 1.583 A
Minus sign shows direction.
