I, GUIDO WERNER VOGELS, of legal age, German citizen, presently residing at Camella
Homes, Villa Kananga, Butuan City, do hereby appoint RAUL HONCULADA, of legal age, single
with residence and postal address at Purok 1-A Brgy. Ampayon, Butuan City as my true and
legal representative to act for and in my name and stead and to perform the following acts:

1. To process and file a small claims case before the appropriate court against Atty. Jesus
Tantay;
2. To enter into possible compromise agreement;
3. To sign and process any all documents related thereto.

HEREBY GRANTING unto my representative full power and authority to execute and
perform every act necessary to render effective the power to represent me in court, as though
myself, have so performed it, and HEREBY APPROVING ALL that he may do by virtue hereof
with full right of substitution of his person and revocation of this instrument.
