VNR Seeds appreciates your valuable support & co-operation in markpting its products. We are pleased to announce
the Advance Booking Scheme for All Hybrid Chilli, Scheme details are given as under:-

Scheme Booking Period : 1 1 -02-201 6 to 29-02-2016

Lifting period : 01-04-201 6 to 30-09-201 6

Token Advonce Booking Scheme:-

Token Advance Booking Amount per Kg Rs.5000/- Per Kg

Token Advance Booking lncentive per Kg Rs.500/- Per Kg (Booked & Sold Qty. Only)

Terms & conditions:-

1. Closing date for Toketi Advance Booking Scheme is 29-02-2016.
2. Material lifting period underthe scheme is 01.0,1-2016 to 30-09-2014
3. The ABS incentive is allowed on the booked and sold qty only.
4. No cash discount will be allowed on ABS amount.
5. No sales retum will be accepted against the material lifted under this scheme.
6. ln the event of shortfall in production due to natural calamities, government regulations or reasons beyond company control
whatsoever the reason may be the available stocks will be allocated proportion to quantities booked under the scheme.
And in case of non-supply of stocks the liability of the company is restricted to refund of advance amount.
7. ln-case of overdue outstanding, the ABS payment will be first adjusted against old outstanding and scheme will be
applicable only on the balance payment.
L Local taxes like sales tax, octroi etc. if applicable will be charged extra.
L All payments for Advance Booking Scheme will be made as DD or At par cheque only in favor of "VNR SEEDS PRIVATE
LIMITED" payable at Raipur.
10. The decision of the company in the mafter of subsequent allotment shall be final and binding on all concerned, Disputes if
any will be subject of Raipur Jurisdiction.
11. The company reserves all rights to amend, extend or withdraw the scheme at any point of time.

scheme to its maximum.
