● The service is provided for EPs who arrive on Dec 19th at 8.00 -
20.00(8am-8pm) for both airports, Suvarnabhumi (BKK) and Don Mueang
(DMK).
● Pickup service apart from this date and time is charged for 500 THB /
person.
● If you arrive before Dec 19th, please book your own accommodation. On the
pickup day, you are required to be present at Everyday Hostel, or at the
airport (PLEASE INFORM US IN ADVANCE)

● Pay Project Fee of 4,000 THB and
the meeting point
refundable deposit of 1,000 THB
● Exchange money
● Pay original visa document fee
● Buy SIM card
and early pickup service fee (if any)
● Go to IPS accommodation
● Check in to your hostel
(Everyday Hostel) by van, taxi, or
● Pay Keycard deposit of 200 THB
other transportation

Recommendations
● As there is no elevator at the hostel, you
may consider preparing a backpack/ small
bag with clothes for 3 days.
* You can leave your big luggage at the reception.
● Free soap and shampoo is provided in the
bathrooms.
● Towel is NOT provided, but you can rent it
from the reception.

* You are required

to be present at
the IPS and
participate in
every activity.

* On day 1 evening, you have to prepare a booth and a 3-5 mins performance for Global
Village with EPs from the same country.
 Traveling to Your Host's

On Dec 21st at night, after IPS ends, you will

travel to working provinces by bus with AIESECers
and arrive at your host's on Dec 22nd in the morning.
The host or a representative from school will pick you
up at bus station and take you home.
