Greetings from the Mangaldan ISSC Athletic Delegation!

In view of our participation in the upcoming Congressional Meet on October 9,

10 &11, 2019, may we respectfully request a permit to conduct a training of our Student-
athletes on October 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8, 2019. May we request further that selected
athletes shall be accompanied by their coaches in the training.

In connection to this, may we request the following student-athletes to be

excused from their classes and whatever activity/quizzes they will miss. Rest assured
that contingency plans shall be prepared by concerned coaches & trainers and the
safety of the students-athletes will be strictly considered. Attached are copies of the
selected athletes and coaches, per event.

Let’s work hand and hand to make our sports delegation truly be the performing
in the upcoming Congressional Sports Meet. Thank you for your usual support and

In view of our participation in the upcoming Division Arts Festival of Talents on

November 21-22 2019, may we respectfully request a permit to conduct a practice of
our Students on November 18, 19, and 20, 2019. May we request further that selected
students shall be accompanied by their coaches in the practice.

In connection to this, may we request the following students to be excused from

their classes and whatever activity/quizzes they will miss. Rest assured that contingency
