Good day!

I write this letter to request your approval if we can have a Christmas Party here at site
and a little budget to make this things possible. We are planning to conduct the event in
site parking lot at 1:00 in the afternoon on December 21, 2019.

This is for building a good and harmonious relationship with all of our employees and
contractors (subcontractors/in-house) for them to become more productive and efficient
