Greeting of Peace!

The Food and Apparel Technology Department is planning to have an educational tour on Apparel
Manufacturing and Textile Industries for our Apparel and Fashion Technology (AFT) students. The
objective of the program is to help the students visualize the actual scenario of the real industrial set-ups
and to realize the wide horizon of the fashion, garment and textile industries. The target date is on March
14, 2019.

Our AFT students are studying both technical and managerial side of the apparel manufacturing. Having a
good perception of what it is all about, plant tour is the best way to showcase it. Also, for them to analyze
the career path it has offering for.

In view of this, we are humbly asking permission to allow us to conduct our educational tour in your factory.

About 16 apparel and fashion students will join the tour and we know that you supported this kind of activity
that facilitates to develop a new breed of fashion, apparel and textile specialist.
