1.) Presentation of Engr. Cariaga presented the newly hired employees namely:
Newly Hired Employees 1. Charyzza April R. Canumay - Administrative Aide I assigned as comp-
uter operator.
2. Anthony Mark D. Larumbe - Engineering Aide assigned as aide of Engr.
Lendio and also designated to assist in laboratory activities.
3. Ronald M. Rojo - Engineering Aide assigned as aide of Engr. Audiencia.
2.) Preparation of Engr. Cariaga told the Materials Engineer to prepare the report of 100 %
Reports before Deadline completed projects in advance to avoid cramming and delays during
month end.
3.) Reports on Individual Engr. Montero reported that he is currently handling thirty two (32)
Projects of Materials projects; three of which are 100% completed, twenty six (26) are

Engr. Bayato reported that he has twenty two (22) projects handled;
twenty one (21) of which are on-going and one was 100% completed.
Engr. Audiencia reported that she has thirty (30) projects handled;
twenty seven (27) of which are on-going and three (3) were 100%
completed.
Engr. Membreve reported that she has thirty eight (38) projects handled;
thirty seven (37) of which are on-going and the other one was 100%
completed.
4.) Review for Upcoming Engr. Cariaga reminded everyone to familiarize the process flow of the
Audit (AJA) section, she also added that each employee must know the Department
Order especially D.O. 22 and D.O. 32.
5. Issues and Concerns Engr. Cariaga reminded the Materials Engineers to include the name of
their Laboratory Technician in preparing sample cards.
Engr. Cariaga gave heads-up to the Materials Engineer about the validity
of their license as materials engineer in this office.
Adjournment The meeting was moved for adjourned by Engr. Bayato and seconded by
Allan C. Palubon.
