3. Achievement
- Buid up the Technical Trainning Program with 3 big modules : functional
skills, processing technology, operation skills as soon as doing checklist to
determine the operators each 3 months, 6 monhths.
- Implement and maintain the TPM to plants, drive OEE system.
- Lead the project "Saving power by using the led light"
- Lead the project " Controlling and reducing time to test Cancium in Congee
Packing Machine" to improve 85% OEE to 90% OEE reached the target and
ensure the Calcium rate in Congee.

100 folders/min to improve the capacity to catch the volume demand.
- Lead the project " New dosing pump for liquid (lactacyd filler )" to increase
3% of capacity
- Lead the project " Set up the new sachet Filling Machine" to improve OEE
from 67% to 72%
- Lead the project " New blistering machine" to improve OEE from 60% to 65%
- Oversea training Lean in Lean Training Center in Sanofi - Aventis in
Singapore & Japan.
