representative of RL MEGA JANITORIAL SERVICES, a sole proprietorship duly organized
and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with office address at 31-A Sto.
Tomas, cor. Matimias Galas, Quezon City, hereby authorize WINSTAR LOANS, INC.

APPOINT OLIVIA A. GEGANTINO, married, likewise of legal age, with address at

Blk 28, Lot 27, Pueblo Real, Barangay Annupul, Bamban, Tarlac, as our true and legal
representative to act for and in our name and stead and to perform the following acts and deeds:

“To file, execute and follow up the request for a Certified True Copy of the
Audited Financial Statement and Income Tax Return for the FY2013 and any
other BIR Forms that our company has filed in the Bureau of Internal Revenue”
