QUESTIONNAIRE
The purpose of this survey instrument is to identify the observable soft skills
displayed by a school’s principal and the perceived school climate. This instrument is
divided into three sections. The first section contains demographic information. The
second section contains questions about your current principal and the final section
contains questions about your school’s climate.
